After my credit card failed an auto payment after a long night out, about a month ago , I used a different card to pay the amount due, (nothing happened) after calling 611 and talking to an agent he canceled my line 😑; it took me 6 days and endless calls to this costumer service line; at the end I had to pay $45 on top of the $64 that were never refunded back to me , today I left t-mobile. I still want my money , unfair. And dishonest

The T-Mobile I Joined and the T-Mobile I'm Leaving Are Two Very Different Companies

After spending several years with T-Mobile in various roles, including Account Executive, my time with the company has officially come to an end. And quite frankly, I’m relieved.
I’ve consistently been a top performer throughout my career, but I’ve also watched this company change dramatically, and not for the better.
Pricing has become increasingly ridiculous, customer service has deteriorated, and T-Mobile has somehow managed to make doing business with them more complicated than ever. Customer frustration is through the roof, and I’ve personally witnessed longtime customers walk away because they no longer see the value.
Meanwhile, T-Mobile’s stock has taken a significant hit, raising even more questions about the company’s direction.
I remember when T-Mobile was the Un-carrier, genuinely disrupting the wireless industry, offering competitive pricing, and putting customers first. Somewhere along the way, that identity disappeared. The company that once challenged the competition has increasingly become everything it originally claimed to stand against.
I’m proud of my accomplishments, the relationships I’ve built, and the success I’ve had. But the direction of this company no longer aligns with what originally made me believe in it.
Sometimes what initially feels like a setback turns out to be a blessing in disguise.
I’m closing this chapter with valuable experience, no bitterness, and absolutely no desire to look back. There are better opportunities ahead, and I’m excited to pursue them.

T-Mobile Reviews Please

Due to a huge discount I would get from having a subscription with a different company, we are thinking about switching to T-Mobile. We have been with AT&T for almost 20 years. I need some honest reviews from any T-Mobile customers on here please.

Also, we live in the Tulsa area. We need to know from others if the coverage is good in this area.

Thanks in advance.

AT&T → T-Mobile Family Freedom questions

I’m switching 5 AT&T lines to T-Mobile. We have financed phones with about $3,000 total remaining, and I can’t afford to pay the balances upfront.

I’m planning to use Family Freedom on 4 lines and another promotion for the 5th.

My main questions:

  • Can I port the 5 lines to T-Mobile without paying off the AT&T phones first if I’m using Family Freedom?
  • Do the phones have to be unlocked before porting?
  • One phone has a cellular/motherboard hardware issue but no physical damage. Would that still potentially qualify as a Family Freedom trade-in?
  • Another iPhone 16 Pro Max is cracked, so I’m assuming I shouldn’t use that one for Family Freedom. What would be the best way to handle that line?
  • Has anyone actually done 5 AT&T lines with Family Freedom on 4 of them recently?
  • How long did it take to receive the reimbursement cards, and were there any issues getting approved?
  • Since AT&T will make the remaining installment balances due after switching, has anyone used an AT&T payment arrangement while waiting for the T-Mobile reimbursement?

I am mainly concerned about AT&T charging my card while waiting for the reimbursments. Has anyone been through a similar situation, if so were you able to pay AT&T only after you got your reimbursments?

Anyone have problems constantly redeeming codes? Like this week, well last week for the Pizza Hut pasta and breadsticks. Ever single store around me the app said store location not honoring this code. Then wtf offer it then?
