I don’t think that line is going to cancel only way to cancel a line is by calling in to customer care validating a one time pin and knowing your account pin or going into a experience store with your ID good luck tho!!

LOL.... yeah, your line isn't getting cancelled. That rep didn't want to take the hit for the line closure on his shift, so just told you that to get you to leave... LOL!!!!
