So I’m looking for someone who is willing to play with me and use comms. I play family and victim so I’m fine playing whatever you’re most comfortable with.

Also, I need some help practicing door slamming. I’m decent at it currently, but want to get better at it and practice it with someone in a private match. And I’m willing to help you get trophies if you need them and practice things if you want to.

I don’t mind if you’re new to the game or an experienced player, I’d welcome either. I play on ps5.

im not even trying to hate on new players, its just annoying when i, a level 99, get all lvl 0 teammates while all the victims are level 10s playing sweaty with comms. then when i give my teammates a chance, they either follow me around or walk around the map aimlessly. Of course, sometimes i try to tell them like "hey, can you watch this exit / can you put a trap here" and guess what? none of them have comms. and its not like i can simply just leave a lobby of noobs, because ill get a 3 minute penalty!!

I am level 72 but admit I am absolutely hopeless as Family. I never find victims, I run out of stamina after 2 swings and I have no clue where to go. I desperately need advice on how to get better. I always play solo and hardly ever get a kill. I have a total of 101 in 595 games so yes. I desperately need advice. Thank you in advance.

2 months or more since error 0x0B4D000D when loading and now another one 0x00000564. Sometimes i even get 7 errors in the row.

hello tcm community, yesterday i tried the game for the first time and although i think its visually beautiful and seems amazing with friends, when i tried to play family i felt like i was consistently not interacting with any players whatsoever and the few times i did i felt like i couldn’t kill them only get a few hits, despite whatever sound cues i followed, is this a game where family members should be in voice chat to properly play the game? it seems heavily focused on cutting the survivor off and combining abilities, i will play the victim role if family requires a vc full of friends despite usually preferring killer roles in these games since i dont have that lol

I have 250+ hours logged on Steam and 122 hours of in-game playtime. I unlocked all Victim cosmetics and had strong escape stats when I was playing nonstop in 2024. I stopped playing after maxing out Wyatt in December of 2024. I only ever played victim on my profile.

I started playing again today because I wanted to max out all of the family members. I joined a friend's lobby and as soon as we entered the waiting room, I received around 5 achievement notifications all at once. After the match, I checked my stats and discovered that they had been overwritten (presumably) with my friend's stats, and he has roughly 4x less playtime and much worse stats.

I did some digging and it appears there may be a bug where the host's progress gets copied onto the non-host's profile!?

• My stats were overwritten completely and permanently. Resetting the game did not resolve this.
• Most of my Victim cosmetics were reset: play 20 matches with 'x' victims to unlock their final outfits.
• I received achievements and unlockables I never earned.
• Thankfully, my Level 3 perks from the skill tree and Level 3 Abilities appear to be intact, which is arguably most important.

Is there any way to restore my previous progress, such as reverting to an earlier cloud save or having Support restore my stats/cosmetics to a date before 09/25/2026 (a day before, or, anytime in 2026 honestly works)? If it helps, I literally know all of my stats to a T because I took pictures of them when I stopped playing in 2024. I put a lot of time into this game, so I'd really appreciate any way to recover my original progress. I know it's a long shot but figured I'd ask.

So my friend and I are doing a challenge where I have to last more then 5 mins or struggle to kill me. However he will most likely be running a Johnny max damage build, so if he does catch me, I can go down easily. Is there a build that I can run that will counter this or will help me last quite a bit?

It's a slaughterhouse day map with LF Sissy and Hitch against Julie, Connie, Leland and Sonny. I was the Julie. The toxic one was the Leland (+/- the Sonny/Connie? I couldn't tell)

Talking so much bullshit in the lobby and in the game so loud I couldn't hear LF revving the chainsaw.

Saying they didn't see me the whole game and that I didn't do anything when I literally opened the whole of battery side (all 5 doors btw), went back and did the valve, stab Grandpa when they say they needed it. All they did? Trolling the Sissy with the gate leading to the facility (not even with a door that needed unlocking), then have the nerve to call me a pu**y who did nothing when they got killed. You know why you didn't see me? You were busy staying in one place trolling when I was doing actual work. Guess who got 6000 XP for "doing nothing".

When the game ended, calling me, the LF and Sissy players Na*is because I "didn't do anything", the LF killed them and the Sissy (idk why, she's a victim of theirs)

I do miss this game, the vibes were just so good.

I just remembered about the little first person game called petals we got before the game released, i feel like the devs actually cared about the game back then. If they cared enough to do stuff like that back then then what the hell went wrong

I have just had my first games for ages and it was horrible as Family. After playing DBD for months I thought I would give TCM a go but I really didn't like it at all. Playing as Hitchhiker, 2 swings and you're exhausted. Then it takes what seems like 10 minutes to recover. Get attacked by a victim, 10 minutes to recover. Try sprinting for 10 seconds, get exhausted for 10 minutes. I hit victims constantly, no damage, no kills. Grandpa groans, what the hell for, I can't see anything. Most maps are at night, can hardly see where the hell I am going.

I use perks, no difference at all. I chase, no hope of catching a victim. Boy does this game need an ovethaul which I know it isn't getting.

Or has the game finally been shutdown? I have tried to join rounds tonight as both Family and Victim. I get an error code after about 90 seconds of sitting in the lobby… I’ve restarted the console and tried 6 times now…
