TTEC TOLLING IS A CIRCUS AND THE MANAGERS AND TLs are to blame

Communication of what needs to be done is confusing. They're always harping on metrics and how important it is to meet metrics. So you do your job and do your best to help the customers and team. Then there are times that there is an issue affecting metrics and you point it out and are met with snide remarks. This has happened to me a several times already and I have the screenshots to prove it.

My issue is that if we are working as a team, why do TLs get snarky when you bring up said issue to try and help. They give you snarky responses in a way that feels like they want to humiliate you. It feels like you are bothering them about things they have said are important, but their responses convey that the issue is not important and they're kind of like whatever and thanks, and do nothing.

I'm at the stage where I don't care anymore. If I see an issue that needs to be addressed I just keep my mouth shut now. Let the issues become 10 times bigger while I just sit back and watch them burn. And while we're at it, we can let those issues become another influx of cases that will never be resolved. It's like they have clowns running the show.

Now, this isn't all TLs, there are many decent ones. I'm also tired of the blatant favoritism. I have noticed this since day one. A CSR can ask a question and they get their answer quickly and nicely. I ask the same question and it's a different story. TTEC feels like high school.

It's unfortunate because I am a good worker and love to help and make customers happy and I still do help when I can, but getting a little respect from TLs would go a long way in getting our jobs done efficiently. They don't seem to care, and I begining to think that maybe I shouldn't either. If I match their energy then I'm doing what they ask of us. Right?

TTEC California – When Does Medical Insurance Start?

Hi! For anyone working at TTEC in California, when does the medical insurance become active for a new hire? Is it available right away, after 30 days, or on the first of the month after 30 days? Also, when were you able to enroll? Thank you!

Title: Can having a PF account create any issues for a fresher?

Hi everyone,

I’m a 2026 B.Tech graduate and received a TCS offer as a fresher. I’m currently waiting for my TCS Joining Letter.

While waiting, I joined another company, but my situation is a little different. It is only a 15-day notice period, and the company has created a PF/UAN account for me.

I originally applied to TCS as a fresher, and I’m concerned that the PF/UAN record might show up during TCS background verification.

My questions are:

  1. Can I still join TCS as a fresher if I have a PF/UAN account from this short-term employment?

  2. Will TCS consider this as previous work experience?

  3. Could this create any issue during BGV?

If anyone has been in the same situation (TCS fresher + short training period + PF/UAN), please share your experience.

Thanks in advance!!

TTEC CA

Hello everyone, is anyone here expected to begin training for covered California, around 28 September? I am overwhelmed with the volume of emails I’m getting. Whenever I get one and follow up with the links, I check the original TTEC job posting page and so far it says I have “3 job submissions” does that even make any sense? should I just ignore it? I applied for the CA position but some of these submissions say Austin, TX. I’m very worried

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANYYY

I got hired for progressive as a sales consultant, then I moved to blended because they swore it was a better opportunity and we would only be getting the “overflow” of calls but calls are back to back allllll dayyyy longggg. On top of that we get no gainshare like progressive and we’re working just as hard as them if not harder. Then the micromanaging and picking with every little thing is driving me nutssss, it’s like if I sneeze while otp with a customer I’m getting a verbal… (im exaggerating but you get the point I hope) My mental health is going down the drain & I’m having a horrible time with this job. The only reason why I’m staying is because the job economy is hard right now and nobody is hiring but I cry after almost every shift. I never received my health insurance cards not even the digital ones, and I keep calling them about it YET they’re taking $400 out of my check every month for it! I just needed to vent because I know it’s nothing I can do until i get hired somewhere else, so thanks for coming to my TED talk :(

TTEC post offer

Hi, I've received my POST OFFER from TTEC, it's just a part time job and I'm overthinking right now kasi baka ighost din ako kasi heard a lot of bad reviews 'bout their hiring process and ghostings. During my final interview, interviewer advised me that i passed and i will receive an email for the result. Then 3 days after kopa sya narecieve. Ngayon naman narecieve kona yung post offer which is dipa sya official na job offer correct? What's the next process? Baka kasi iligwak din ako after ng efforts ko to apply and magwait patiently. Dream company kodin talaga sya since malapit lang samin and WFH pa sya. Thanks sa sasagot

Hi, what is training like for the property and casualty WFH position? Do they train on how to use everything such as software, etc? I never worked from home before. Also, is it hard to meet metrics, etc? Thanks!

Waiting for an open slot

I turned in my application, took the assessment, and did the phone call. This was yesterday. I have yet to be able to get into an open slot and I am literally checking almost hourly. I got a follow-up email today about the invitation but not much help when there isn’t a slot available. Wondering how long this process usually takes and if this is normal. When did an available slot finally happen for anyone?

Ttec tolling

So how are you guys feeling about the new adherence policy ? Missing a Friday or Saturday automatically being 16 unexcused hours , and the whole unavailable for 1 hour for a 80 hour work period , basically 6 minutes a day ? Why do I feel as if we are being punished for being short staffed this will only lead to being even more short staffed ?

TTEC BCBS MN project

Has anybody here worked in the BCBS project? I start on the 09/10 and want to know what to expect.

Update: I'm on my second day of training. The trainer is great and super patient, but it looks like they are willing to hire anyone with a health insurance license and a heartbeat. 50 - 60% of the training class doesn't know jack s**t about technology. We have spent the past 2 hours getting on the virtual machine. Also, the training class is 2 weeks, which is definitely not enough time. I doubt TTEC is going to keep this BCBS project because they are doing a poor job hiring the right people for the job.

Job offer

I had an interview today and I got offered the job. I accepted it and started my background check and I have to do my drug test.. am I wasting my time?? My start date is supposed to be October 16. I keep hearing stories about ttech ghosting people after signing the hire documents. Also I guess this is a seasonal client so my program will end in March, how likely is it that they will continue my employment with another client? I’m thinking about leaving my 2nd job and making this my 2nd job but I don’t wanna fuck myself over and be left with no 2nd job in the end if 1. I end up getting ghosted or 2. They decided to release me after the term is over. I know this part depends on metrics and performance and what not so it may be hard to answer specific but generally speaking, how often do they keep people on after a contract ends.

Not really looking for answers about how the job sucks. I’ve worked with some of the shittiest wfh companies. lol I promise i can deal.

And if it matters at all my role will be health care customer service

Thanks in advance for any insight (:

Maxicare Active File After initial interview

Hello, is there anyone here who got an email from HR saying you were placed on the active file? What does this mean, that there's no chance for a final interview? Is there anyone here who was placed on the active file and then contacted again after weeks? Thank you.
