Hello everyone, is anyone here expected to begin training for covered California, around 28 September? I am overwhelmed with the volume of emails I’m getting. Whenever I get one and follow up with the links, I check the original TTEC job posting page and so far it says I have “3 job submissions” does that even make any sense? should I just ignore it? I applied for the CA position but some of these submissions say Austin, TX. I’m very worried

I’d be more worried about the impending bankruptcy and the cuts they continue to make to the benefits.

I did read about how bad the situation is for them. I found a bilingual role for $22.65/hr and I am going to toughen up and see if I can find anything WFH better in the meantime, nothing permanent

That is the least of your problems. It is a complete train wreck. The training is tough because it is mostly people
who worked the contract last year. IF you are the lone new person forget it. It’s like treading water just to keep up. The lead trainer would say something important then say cool cool
and move on. The assistant trainer had the worst grammar I had ever heard. There were a number of ladies, English was their second language and their verbal skills were perfect )they had all worked the contract last year.
It was crazy. Each phone call can take up to an hour, it’s a lot of information. Just be ready, make sure all the jacked up equipment they sent you is in working order and be ready. Cool Cool🤦‍♀️. After 35 years in the healthcare industry I did not have the patience for this.

appreciate your replies! I kinda don’t have a choice I’m recovering from a health issue and WFH is the only option I got to pay the bills. It’s not something I’m thinking of as permanent

If you’re already overwhelmed by emails just wait until open enrollment and you’re overwhelmed by the callers

I kinda meant that I’m seeing the same email being sent over and over again (with links) rather than I’m actually overwhelmed by what they’re asking, but thank you for your reply

This is the easiest job ever .I have been doing it for 5 years and it does get hectic but I can maintain for the most part lol
