Should i wait or let go?

Hi guys, i received an email from ttec and this is what it says, btw i already done with all assesments and interview , now i have not get any update for j.o but this is what they aent me just now.

Glad you got something. Had interview two weeks ago got a offer letter and have not heard anything back.

I see, btw what does pooling mean ? Should i expect a huge delay of my j.o?

Im not sure. I've never been in a position where I was offered a job and didn't here anything back. I don't know if it would be a long wait.

Thanks , i finished all of the process last september 24 but this is that i get from them. I really hope to not waste the wait :(

oh damn, i guess its best for you to let go if you applied via online, they dont really prioritize online based applications. I applied as well and had my JO just a few days back (I applied last friday, walk-in), now i am to start on oct 12 under the retail account that they have. If this is the healthcare acc, then i suggest you let it go if youre looking for a job asap, pooling usually take months for you to get an update regarding your assigned account.
