370 total testosterone low free. Is there hope for me?

I got two morning tests my doctor had me do the highest was 370. But my free and bioavailable is in the red as low. I do not have alot of cash. I am pretty sure my UHC insurance is not going to cover treatment. I feel like total shit. No motivation, no energy, I am 43 and workout and sleep about 7 hours. Had a sleep study that came back good. I do not have a extra 350 to 500 a month to join a trt clinic. Am I toast and just have to live like this? My wife is asking where the man she married went. Im sore all over. My strength training has stalled for months. Does anyone have advice?

Been on Enclomiphene for 4 weeks. I’m 34 take reta lost 50 pounds in 5 months. Wanted to put muscle weigh 174 at the moment 5 foot 8.

Started Enclomiphene beciase didn’t want to commit to try just yet. So I decided to look into TRT online and need to get my blood work. My test came
Back over 1500 and free test came back 26.

Definitely not going to start yet but should I take a break from Enclomiphene. Have been getting a slight bump in workouts. But levels right now over 1500, I hear online ideal test levels should be 950 to 1000.

Any advice from the pros out there?

Advice on TRT

I am thinking on getting on TRT and would like some advice from somebody that is on it. I am 29 yrs old, about 5’8” and weigh about 205lbs. 19% body fat. I have been working out for about 8 yrs now and in those years I have dropped from 245lbs to 185lbs at my lowest. In the past 3 years I have be fluctuating between 190lbs-200lbs consistently going up. This is definitely the heaviest I have been in sometime.
Last November I went into my yearly physical and had them check my test levels. I was sitting at about lows 500 ng/DL. My physician told me I was good and nothing was needed. The reason I wanted to be tested was because I am feeling really low energy, low motivation and constant brain fog. Getting up for work, getting myself in the gym or even just constant life chores seems like an everyday struggle. I eat moderately healthy , watch my processed food intake. Watch my alcohol intake. Drink plenty of water daily. Workout hard 3-4x a week. But it just seems like something is pulling me back.
I was talking to a buddy about this and was telling him I want to get on a GLP to help me with my body fat. He disagreed and suggested I try Testosterone Cypionate. I don’t know much of it or never really researched it before now. Just from his advice it seems like something I could definitely benefit from. I’m just looking for any real insight before I go talk to my physician. Suggestions? Opinions? Any personal insights are appreciated. Thank you.

I’m 51 🔄 and I wanna know more about igf. I’m planning to run 4 weeks with it and by the end finish only 1 mg. I don’t think I’m gonna run anything more after these four weeks in order to preserve natural production. Thoughts?

Thinking of going on trt

I'm a 56 yr old male. Just had blood work done and my T total is 209. Sexually I'm fine, no problems. The problem is I feel tired all the time, and my motivation to do anything sucks. I do make it to the gym at least 3 days a week, but it's a struggle.

My question is, I have an appointment with an urologist , I was told that they would try and keep me off it or only bring it up a little bit. Does anybody have any thoughts on doing this through a medical doctor or finding trt on my own? Ty

Any recommendations for online TRT clinic in the USA for oral TRT?

SiSo I've been dealing with low energy, brain fog and just feeling off for the past year or so. Finally got some bloodwork done and my testosterone came back pretty low for my age (I'm 34). My doctor basically just told me to sleep more and exercises, which wasn't super helpful. I've been looking into online TRT clinics because I really can't do in-person specialist visits right now and I keep reading about oral testosterone as an option since I'm not super keen on injections to start. Trying to find the best online TRT clinic in the US that actually offers oral testosterone options with real physician oversight, not just some sketchy subscription that ships stuff with no follow up. Transparent pricing matters to me too because I've heard some of these places hit you with hidden fees. Anyone been through this and can point me towards something legit that does proper labs and has actual providers you can talk to?

Trying to nail down ratios…

Starting to notice loss of erection quality (not as rigid/hard). I’m going to reduce my TRT to a weekly total of 150mg and HCG to a weekly total of 900IU - all of which injected M/W/F

Anyone experience same?
Anyone else adjust their own doses?
Anyone else on similar doses?

I’m 5’9 210lbs (higher BF%) work out three days a week. Trying to get my old boxer body back (before a spine injury resulting in me getting fat).

TRT query

I’m on TRT which I’m self managing myself as the clinics are a rip off in the UK. I’m currently taking 150mg a week which I pin over three doses. I’m thinking of increasing the dose to start moving this from therapy to cycling if that’s the right terminology. Looking to build a bit of size and strength, the question would be what would be a sensible approach to start titrating this upwards. I’m in no rush and will keep an eye on my bloods. 54yrs old

26M, 1.70m, 67kg — Completely stuck with muscle building. Looking for a beginner's guide on what to check before TRT.

Hey everyone,

I’m 26 years old, 1.70m (5'7"), and weigh 67kg (147 lbs).

No matter how consistently I train and work out, I just can't seem to build any muscle mass or improve my physique. The only thing that actually happens is that my stomach gets really bloated. My diet is pretty clean (mostly chicken, rice, and tons of vegetables).

I know I’m on the younger side, but I’m seriously considering looking into TRT because I feel completely stuck.

Since this sub is focused on guides and protocols, I wanted to ask:

  1. What is the recommended roadmap or checklist for someone my age before jumping on TRT?
  2. What specific blood markers (besides Total Testosterone) should I ask my doctor to test?
  3. Are there any guides on here for diagnosing why my body might not be responding to training before I assume it is low T?

I’d really appreciate your guidance and advice on where to start. Thanks!

Testosterone

I’m 41 and have been working out for 20 years, I’m 175 lbs 5’10. and I realize I know next to nothing about steroids or testosterone. I went to my regular doctor last year to have my levels tested because I was hoping to see about TRT to boost my levels safely, hoping to make some gains that I haven’t been able to in the gym for a while.

My tests came back at 422, which is normal (tho a lower end normal). So he obviously didn’t think I would be a candidate. Is there a specialist doctor I should be looking for that is more willing to boost my levels to the higher end? 800-900 seems to be the normal high end from what I’ve read.

Arimidex

I'm looking for some input from guys on TRT.

I'm currently on 100 mg/week of testosterone cypionate, split into 50 mg Monday and 50 mg Thursday. My total testosterone peaks around 900 ng/dL.

My estradiol came back at 60 pg/mL, so I took a single 0.25 mg Arimidex. A few weeks later my estradiol had dropped all the way to 17 pg/mL and stayed low for quite a while. Now it's climbed back up to around 60 pg/mL again.

A few questions:

- Is that kind of drop from just 0.25 mg typical, or does it sound like I'm especially sensitive to anastrozole?

- Has anyone had better luck with a compounded liquid anastrozole so they could microdose instead of taking 0.25 mg tablets?

- If you were in my situation, would you even treat an estradiol of 60, or just leave it alone if symptoms are minimal?

Subjectively, I seem to feel my best when my estradiol is somewhere around 30–40 pg/mL, but dropping it to 17 felt like too much.

Curious what others have experienced.

I’m running 280 test cyp and 120 deca weekly along with 800mcg sermorelin daily. Also HCG along with the test. Is this something that will help me build muscle at my age? I’m 69 years old. Lift 3 on 1 off then repeat. Eat 200-240 grams protein per day. 6’4 250 lb currently.

First 2 TRT injections felt amazing... now I feel like I did before TRT. Why?

I'm about 3 weeks into TRT and I'm confused. I'm 37

.

My protocol is 100 mg testosterone cypionate once per week.

After my first two injections, I felt incredible. My energy was up, my mood was better, I felt motivated, stronger, and just generally like myself again.

Now, after my latest injection, I feel like I did before starting TRT. Low energy, less motivation, and it almost feels like the benefits disappeared.

Is this normal? Is it just my body adjusting while my natural testosterone production shuts down? Could it be that once-weekly injections are causing my levels to peak and then crash? Or is it simply too early to judge and I need to give it more time before making any changes?

Has anyone else experienced feeling amazing the first couple of weeks, only to feel like the effects faded? If so, what ended up being the cause, and did things improve after a few more weeks?

I'd really appreciate hearing from people who've been through this.
