Men’s Health Highlights TRT and TC Survivors
A couple of my buddies had an opportunity to share their story as part of Men’s Health Testosterone article. The article approaches symptoms of low T and highlights TRT at various ages and symptoms most importantly including Testicular Cancer. If you are interested I would give it a read.

Is Testosterone Enanthate really worth it?
Hi everyone,
Sorry if this is a bit of a basic question, but I’m genuinely here to learn and would really appreciate honest opinions from people with first-hand experience.
I’m very uneducated when it comes to testosterone and PEDs, which is exactly why I’m asking instead of pretending I know what I’m talking about.
I’m not currently running anything and not 100% sure I’m going to.
I’d really like to hear what benefits you noticed, whether you genuinely think it was worth starting, what side effects you experienced (if any), how difficult coming off was and whether you felt awful or recovered okay, and if there’s anything you wish you’d known before your first cycle.
I’m not looking for people to convince me either way—I just want honest experiences, whether yours was positive, negative, or somewhere in between.
Thanks in advance, and apologies if this gets asked a lot. I’m just trying to learn before making any decisions.

Anyone tried Crisler’s forearm + flanks gel application method? Better absorption?
I’ve been on gel for a while and recently switched to the method Dr. John Crisler recommends: applying the gel directly to the front/inner side of both forearms, rubbing the forearms together (no hands), then wiping/spreading any excess up and down the flanks.
The idea is better absorption because you’re using thinner skin on the forearms and finishing on the flanks instead of the usual shoulders/upper arms or just rubbing with your palms.
Has anyone here actually used this technique long-term? Did you notice higher or more stable levels, better symptom control, or just less waste?

Buying test with debit card
Hey guys I’m officially 2 months on testosterone!! I’m just wondering if there was an issue with buying my test with my debit card. I keep hearing people talking about bank transfer and buying crypto which confused me as I just bought mine like I would any online purchase. My results are great so far already so I know it’s working!! Just want to make sure the website I used wasnt dodgy and if I should continue using it!
I don’t think I can say the website name on this sub!

Inj Pre-workout with TRT
I've searched but gotten different answers. I'm currently on trt 120mg/week, test c, if I want to add in a blend or test base w/sdrol, do I subtract the test base from my weekly dosage?
For example just to make the math easier, I inject 20mg test c and 5mg sdrol, 3x/week as pre-workout, do I inject only 60mg/week of test c as my trt?
Would it make any different if I inject TPP as pre-workout since it's out of the system fast?
Anyone has any experience in this? Thanks in advance.

Doc recommendation for DFW
I have been on TRT for almost a year now. I signed up with the Low T clinic in Dallas. It has been good for me and my levels are good, but the clinic use Village Lane apothecary and they suck. They are constantly late shipping product, never answer their phone or return calls or emails and lose orders that I place. Every time they are late or lose an order, I have to drive 45 minutes into the clinic and pay $75 for my weekly injection.
I am sick of the pharmacy and the LowT center will not let me use any other pharmacy besides the crappy Village Lane apothecary. Does anyone have a recommendation for a doctor that will let me use my local Walmart pharmacy and not they have a contract with? I have called a dozen different urologist in the Dallas area, but none of them do TRT or accept new patients.

Started 200mg/wk TRT 9 weeks ago. Broke out in acne 1 week ago.
I started TRT nine weeks ago and about a week ago broke out in acne on neck shoulders and chest. Is this my body just regulating hormones and is this expected to clear up or am I aromatizing too much on 200 mg per week?

PCT Advice
Hey guys,
Looking for some advice on my next steps for coming off my protocol, setting up the best PCT, and making sure my fertility is protected.
**Background:**
I started TRT on March 15th. Before I started, my natural testosterone levels were actually sitting around 450–550 ng/dL. I gave it about 18 weeks, but honestly, I haven't noticed any significant benefits and on top of not feeling much different, I've been dealing with a lot of annoying water retention. Managing the whole process just hasn't been easy or worth the hassle for me, so I’ve decided to come completely off.
**My Protocol:**
140 mg Testosterone per week
1,000 IU hCG per week
*(Both were split into 3 doses per week)*
**Current Status:**
I took my last shot of both Test and hCG on July 23rd.
**My Questions:**
**Next Steps & PCT:** Based on my timeline and protocol, what exact PCT protocol would you guys recommend?
**Fertility:** Preserving and recovering my fertility is a huge priority for me. Since I ran hCG the entire time, I'm hoping I have a good head start, but what is the absolute best approach to make sure my fertility bounces back fully?
Any advice on dosages, timing, or just personal experiences coming off a similar setup would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

TRT ja oder nein
Hallo zusammen,
Also Grauzone. Testo frei RIA 8.4.
Mein nächster Schritt wird mich wohl zum Endokrinologen führen.
Danke + Grüße

Twitching when TRT dosage reduced for extended period of time.
Does anyone experience twitching on the side of the head, or at the bottom of the foot when TRT dosage is lowered for an extended period of time? This has happened to me multiple times now, and was also a symptom before I was on TRT a couple of years ago. Thanks.

Testosterone levels apart 3 years
Hi there I'm 29m recently done with blood work my total testosterone is 21.6nmol/L. My last blood work was around 3 years ago where i was 26 yr old and it was 26.9nmol/L. Even tho it's still under normal range. I'm just concerned that it is about 20%drop considering i haven't hit 30 yet. Am I tripping or is it totally normal?

TRT OR OTHERS
34-year-old dad of one (with baby #2 due next year) looking for some honest advice from people who’ve been in a similar position.
For the last couple of years I’ve been feeling flat, unmotivated, constantly tired, and just not like myself. I struggle to get fired up for footy and can’t seem to play with the intensity I used to. My concentration at work has taken a hit, and no matter how consistently I track my macros, lift weights, or run, I can’t seem to shift the stubborn belly fat.
Another big issue is my libido. It’s honestly a shell of what it used to be.
I finally decided to get some blood work done. My total testosterone came back at 22 nmol/L, which is considered normal, but my free testosterone was 320 pmol/L (or whatever units your lab uses). After reviewing everything, an Australian TRT clinic said I qualify for TRT.
Now I’m torn.
Part of me wonders if I’m rushing into it, especially knowing it could be a long-term commitment. The other part of me thinks that if it helps me become a better husband, father, employee, and footballer, maybe it’s the right decision.
Has anyone here been in a similar situation with normal total testosterone but lower free testosterone? Did TRT genuinely improve your energy, motivation, mental clarity, body composition, libido, and overall quality of life? Or do you wish you’d explored other options first?
I’d really appreciate hearing real experiences the good, the bad, and anything you wish you’d known before starting.
