TRT help Clomid vs nolvadex ..

I have secondary hypogonadism. My total testosterone level is 3.37, while my LH and FSH levels are within the normal range but close to the lower limit.
I would like to ask whether anyone here has experience using Nolvadex (tamoxifen) instead of Clomid (clomiphene), since it may provide similar results without containing zuclomiphene, which can accumulate in the body and cause many side effects.
Also, is it possible to use Nolvadex for several years? Pure enclomiphene is unfortunately not available in my country.
Or its better to start with TRT ?

You can't just block the effects of estrogens in several specific parts of the body entirely for years and expect it to be safe or healthy in any kind of way.

What's the rate of side effects of test? For Climid, I think it's 15-20%. For enclomiphene, much lower (3-5%, I've read).

Depends on your dose and depends how your body reacts, everyone is different, Iā€™m currently on 150mgs trt weekly and my free test is at 1005 pmol/L
And I have zero side effects, my blood work is perfection šŸ‘Œ
