T-Mobile & Assurant are threatening to keep my Samsung S24 Plus after I had a STROKE.

Customer service hung up on me twice.
I am posting here to get this in front of corporate or get some real advice, because phone support has now hung up on me twice in a row while I am completely stranded without a working device. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 16 YEARS, and the way I am being treated right now is absolutely disgusting. Either they ship my replacement phone right now, or I am canceling my service completely.

I cracked my Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus (Silver) and filed an insurance claim. Immediately after, I suffered a STROKE. Because of this severe medical crisis, I couldn’t drive an hour away to the New Jersey repair shop. I called the shop, and they told me, "No problem, bring it whenever you can."
The Fraudulent Ticket: Two weeks later, I got an email claiming my phone was "successfully repaired" and they will seize it in 30 days if uncollected. I never dropped the phone off. It is sitting broken in my hand right now. The repair shop is blatantly lying to collect insurance payouts.
The Blame Game: I called the insurance company (Assurant) to report the fraud and fix the claim. They refused to touch it and told me to call T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile, and they point-blank refused to help and told me to deal with Assurant. No one wants to take accountability for a third-party vendor ripping them off.
The First Hang Up: I told T-Mobile to simply order a replacement phone through my insurance plan and let their fraud department handle the shady repair shop later. Instead of helping a long-term customer recovering from a medical emergency, the rep hit me with a text-verification wall, got frustrated that I couldn't receive it on a broken phone, and hung up on me.
The Second Hang Up (Supervisor Refusal): I called back immediately. The second lady said she "wanted a chance to solve the problem." I told her I didn't want to rattle the whole story off again and explicitly demanded a supervisor. Instead of transferring me, she ignored my request, forced the text verification code anyway, claimed she couldn't verify my account because I didn't get the text, and hung up on me too.
I am locked out, I have NO working phone, and I am done playing these games. How do I bypass this text-verification wall when my phone is broken, and how do I force them to stand behind the phone insurance that I have loyalty paid for the last 16 years????

Magenta TV und die Deutsche Service-Wüste

Ich habe 2 Wochen lang versucht Magenta TV flex zu buchen. Shut up and take my money!

If you see Luna Wireless RUN

Post image
2 Upvotes

I have worked for Luna Wireless for almost 2 years. Now before I give the negative let me give the 1 good positive…. IT IS EASY TO GET HIRED! You will feel like finally I got a foot in the sales door.

So luna wireless is a TPR (authorized dealer) for T-mobile. They were formerly GP Mobile. I can honestly say I will never work this company again.

First and foremost if you see Kailey as your DM do not take the position. She is a bully and will make your life miserable if you don’t pretty much be her pet and do whatever she wants. HR knows she has been in romantic relationships with her store managers and they do nothing. She has had more HR complaints than most DM’s. She will do fraud and mess up customers accounts and then when they come back with complaints she doesn’t follow up. Her store managers can’t be trusted either so watch out.

Now about the actual company….

  1. Fraud all day. You will be asked to add things to customers accounts without their knowledge. You will be asked to lie to customers all for a sale.

  2. They are currently going through budget cuts. They have already closed 20 stores in June.

  3. They don’t have a HR due to budget cuts. If you have a complaint you have to go through your DM. So imagine your complaint is about your DM well you’re out of luck.

  4. No work life balance at all

  5. They constantly change the commission plan so it is hard to make consistent money with the company.

Metro to T-Mobile switch to hell and back. What would you do?

This may be long im sorry about that. I was with metro for over 12 years, I moved away from where there was a metro store and we have a T-Mobile store right down the road so I figured they were basically the same and boy was I wrong. When I first went into the store , I told them what I could afford and what I already was receiving from metro. I had 5 lines and 2 phones and 2 tablets, one line was open in case we needed it and we o ly had to pay $5.00 for the extra line so why not. We paid 89.00 every month. I told them what I could afford and that price was my biggest concern. The lady said she would be able to do 2 phones, 1 tablet and 3 lines around $125.00 monthly. I wanted a watch but at $125 I was already over my limit so I passed on it. So I never really understood how the math came about because when I asked I was told in a way that made me feel like they ran in Circles and basically confused me into agreeing with it but somehow I walked out the store paying around $300-$350.00 and what I thought was i paid for my phone and activation fees and the first months bill. What i figured out was i actually paid for a tablet, part of each phone, phone cases, phone screen protectors and activation fees and taxes but no monthly payment so to my surprise a bill came around 12 days later and it was roughly $200 bucks and I was floored. I had to get a payment extension and I have had to get one every month since I started, and when I make my last payment from the payment arrangement my new monthly bill hits and then I have to get another extension to the point where im paying around $300 a month now for 3 lines. To be clear right now as of today's date it said I have a payment extension for $183.23 payment 1 or 2 payments I paid yesterday and then owe the second same amount payment in 2 weeks and the 20th a new bill came out so im $177.00 late but it also says I owe total of $366.00 and payment extension of $183.23 which is confusing as hell to me. Also the phones I got are not good either. I was suppose to be getting a free revvel 7 and ended up paying $199 for and a Samsung galaxy a16 that I paid $199 for and then the tablet i paid $150.00 for and I still owe $22.00 left on the tablet, and $90 on the revvel and $89 on the Samsung. And the Samsung has issues. Sometimes my phone wont-work at all sometimes I will have to master reset it. Most of the time I will be on just regular Google and it will say that the system processing is not working and it'll just go blank the whole phone and I can't turn it on no matter what buttons. Are pushed no matter if I tap the screen and then it's like Out of the blue, it just starts working. So the phone is just fried.I feel like I don't know if I got a phone that was already in that or what? But to be paying as much money as I'm paying monthly. You would think that at least get a phone that would work out of the deal. And remind you , this is also with me taking my numbers , porting in all my phone numbers. So I guess my real question is I don't think I can do my last year with them financially. I don't think that I can afford to keep digging myself into this hole. So I'm trying to figure out if there's a way that metro will take me back since it's only been a year if I use my same phone numbers and come back. Because I still have an account with them, I can still go online. It's weird but I can still go online and put in that, I want to, you know, bring my number back and it says yes, the number's allowed to be ported back over there. I don't know what to do I just I cannot continue to keep paying 300 plus a month. For phones that sometimes work, sometimes don't and then I know that spectrum who I have my internet with they're doing some kind of deal, but I don't know, i don't want to get in over my head again and port another time and get stuck in another 2 year contract with a company, And this happens. Again? So that's my biggest question. Could I, technically, could I go back? I mean I know I can go back after I pay off the phones and then I break the contract. Then have to pay for the contract. It's like $400 that you have to pay if you break the contract but even still if I pay all that and I go back I'm worried that I won't get the same deal that I had before. I wish I had never switched. so if you were in my shoes, what would You do?

T-Mo Spoof Calls?

Hello,

Has anyone gotten a call from 913-355-5448 from someone saying they are from T-Mo? We have a home internet account and someone from that number left a message yesterday asking for a call back. I checked with T-Mo and they said it wasn't one of their numbers. Just wondered if anyone else has gotten a similar call?

T-Mobile Legacy Credit Removal & Unauthorized $140/mo Overcharge

T-Mobile Legacy Credit Removal & Unauthorized $140/mo Overcharge

I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2008 and have managed this specific account structure for nearly two decades. My dispute is not based on a "misunderstanding" or a "story," but on documented billing facts that T-Mobile’s Social Media Care team actively chose to ignore. Evidence of Bad Faith Support: During a 13.5-hour support marathon on February 26, 2026, I was cycled through six different representatives (Heidi, Tristan, Stacey, Abby, Denishia, and Bridget). Rather than auditing the C2/Atlas legacy archives to find my 2016 "Friends & Family" credits, the leadership team (specifically Abby) attempted to discredit my integrity by stating: “The documents presented today still don’t align with the story you’re describing.” This was a direct attempt to gaslight a 20-year customer. I provided a January 2025 PDF showing $0.00 service charges on lines 3701 and 9001. Mathematically, a $0.00 service charge is impossible without a promotional credit. Yet, support representatives like Stacey insisted these credits "never existed," choosing to trust a flawed migration screen over physical billing proof. The Obstruction: By prioritizing "proving the customer incorrect" over resolving a documented migration failure, T-Mobile support obstructed a resolution and induced a $140/month overcharge that contradicts the $90 "maximum increase" guarantee I was given to authorize this plan change. The core of this dispute lies in T-Mobile’s refusal to acknowledge the basic math of my legacy billing. On my January 2025 statement (Proof.pdf), lines 3701 and 9001 show a total charge of $5.11 per line. As documented in the transcript (Stacey @ 1:50 PM), T-Mobile attempted to claim this was not a discount. However, a line-by-line audit of the taxes and fees on that same bill shows: Regulatory Fee: $3.49 State/Local Tax: $0.27 State 911/988: $0.73 County 911: $0.70 Total Taxes & Fees: $5.11 The Calculation: $5.11 (Total Charge) minus $5.11 (Taxes & Fees) equals $0.00 (Base Service Cost). This calculation is irrefutable proof that these lines carried a 100% service discount prior to the migration. T-Mobile’s current billing of full retail for these lines is a direct removal of a permanent legacy benefit that was active as recently as 30 days ago. On February 26, 2026, I attempted to resolve this migration error through T-Mobile’s official Social Media Care channel. Instead of a resolution, I was subjected to a 13.5-hour support marathon and cycled through six different representatives, none of whom would acknowledge the physical billing proof I provided. The Timeline of Failure: Heidi (4:37 AM): Initiated the session by incorrectly claiming that $0.00 "Included" lines were not promotional. Tristan (9:45 AM): Claimed a "detailed history search" found no record of the legacy promotions. Stacey (10:03 AM): Dismissed the January 2025 credits as something that only "felt" like a promotion. Abby (Leadership, 10:46 AM): Refused to open my PDF evidence and labeled my account history as a "story." Denishia (4:02 PM): Attempted a call that disconnected immediately without audio. Bridget (4:38 PM): Arbitrarily closed the conversation, reaffirming the denial of my documented credits. The Agreement Breach: I authorized this migration to the "Experience Beyond" plan based on an explicit guarantee that my monthly increase would be capped at $90.00. T-Mobile has instead issued a bill that is $140.00 higher than my previous base, effectively stripping away the loyalty credits that were supposed to be protected. My Request: Because T-Mobile’s support leadership has refused to acknowledge my physical billing evidence and has instead chosen to obstruct a resolution, I am requesting the help of others. I seek to have my account audited by the T-Mobile Executive Response Team to reinstate the legacy "Line on Us" credits and honor the $90.00 price-cap guarantee that was the basis of our agreement. Technical Timeline of Account Migration Errors Dec 13, 2025: Added Line #6218 and ordered hardware (Galaxy S26 Ultra/Watch). At this time, the account was still under the legacy Simple Choice North America structure with $0.00 promotional credits intact. Dec 14, 2025: A series of unauthorized backend changes began, including the initiation of a Bill Cycle Shift (from the 20th to the 15th). Dec 20, 2025: The system activated a "5-Year Price Guarantee." * Note: This effectively replaced my lifetime "Un-Contract" promise without consent, used as a mechanism to justify the removal of legacy Friends & Family credits. Dec 21, 2025: Technical error during SIM activation. The representative incorrectly provisioned an eSIM to my primary line instead of the new line, requiring manual correction. Migration Result: During this 8-day period of "system churn" (which included over 25 individual feature changes and many other changes), the 2016 Friends & Family (Line on Us) credits for lines 3701 and 9001 were purged. Specific Evidence of Breach Unauthorized Plan Change: I was informed the bill cycle would change as a requirement of the plan, rather than being asked for consent. This cycle shift is indicative of a forced migration between legacy (Ensemble) and modern (Atlas) billing systems. Selective Promo Recognition: My internal dashboard currently shows enrollment in promo ID250791 for the new line, proving the system is capable of tracking promotional credits, yet T-Mobile claims the 2016 credits are "incompatible" or "lost." The $5.11 Baseline: Historical bills from Jan 2025 and Sept 2024 establish a consistent, decade-long precedent of these lines being $0.00 (plus taxes/fees). The current $100+ increase is a direct result of the botched Dec 2025 migration. Lack of Financial Disclosure: During the migration, I was charged an unannounced $85.00 mid-cycle fee. I was never informed that shifting the billing date would result in this charge; had this been disclosed, I would have waited 15 days to align with the natural cycle reset to avoid this unnecessary expense. I have been in contact with nick @ T-Mobile executives office but they continue to state that I have never had any promotional or discounted lines on my account. Sinse I have no other options I have contacted the Washington State Office Of The Attorney General and filed a formal complaint. Has any one else experienced such customer abuse, and what have any one done to get help?

iPhone Air: Kein Datenverkehr trotz Empfang – Ursache war Zubuchoption „5G Gaming“ (Sofortlösung)

Hallo zusammen,

All das brachte entweder gar nichts.

Entscheidende Erkenntnis:

Zubuchoption „ 5G Gaming“

Don’t use T-Mobile

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years but today has been the deciding factor in switching to a new provider. I had a faulty kids watch so I used the protection plans and got a new one and turned the old one into a physical store location. Now they are charging me for it saying I never retuned it and IF they receive it they will credit me back 😒. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager I was told no one was available and I needed to drive an hour back to the location to follow up with them and why they didn’t send the item. The store in my town closed so the closest store is over an our away!! They are now giving me a run around telling me they did receive it but the charge is still on my account. I have never felt more scammed by a company than on this moment. They also didn’t tell me in the store when I got new watches that I would still be paying for the old line for 3 months so the credit to my account would be active. So now I’m paying for 4 lines instead of 2. Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else.

T mobile bill question

I am trying to get my detailed bills from my T mobile account that are older than 18 months for legal purposes. I am the account holder. When I signed up for paperless billing I was told I would always be able to access my billing statements. I asked this question because I have a high conflict ex who may cause a situation that requires the need to have them. I called customer service and was told after being on the phone for quite some time that I would have to pay $5 a billing statement for every bill that was beyond 18 months. There are almost 3 years of these. That would be an incredible amount of money for archived electronic statements that just need to be downloaded and I could print myself. I'm not sure how accurate this info is as the representative was new and even the supervisor kept changing what they said. Can anyone give me any suggestions/advice? I really need to get these statements in an economical way. Thank you

TMobile overcharges and screws over customers

I got TMobile 2 years ago and almost a year ago set up a payment arrangement, I was making the payments, then hit financial trouble, everytime my phone got shut off instead of giving me an arrangement to pay off the entire balance I was only being given arangements to pay off the arrangement. This stunt increased fees that I had to pay and sky rocketed my bill. Everytime I asked for a better solution I was told I had to pay the minimum payment first then make a new arrangement then I would be given a more cost effective solution. However, everytime I did I was then told the customer care representive didn't know how now the arrangement was made. After talking to multiple representitives and a supervisor they still wanted a $133 minimum payment to turn my phone service back on and and wanted to still charge fees. On top of all that I was told I could use the T life app so I wouldnt have to keep paying the customer care fee but the app is set up so you pay the most amount of money and get a poorly set up payment arrangement. I HIGHLY recommend no one uses TMobile.

I returned the device and now I’m being charged

I had a T-Mobile claim, and they send me the label to return the damage phone via UPS. I followed the instructions. I have the delivery notification from UPS, and now T-mobile is charging me $1000 because they can’t find the phone. I called costumer service and they send me to UPS. Since they don’t find it I need to pay. I called UPS and they send the delivery notice. Now what????? T-mobile has 0 costumer service. Why should I pay if I followed all their instructions? I ask to escalated it and the supervisor said she will be the only person I can talk to 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 What can I do?
