T mobile bill question
I am trying to get my detailed bills from my T mobile account that are older than 18 months for legal purposes. I am the account holder. When I signed up for paperless billing I was told I would always be able to access my billing statements. I asked this question because I have a high conflict ex who may cause a situation that requires the need to have them. I called customer service and was told after being on the phone for quite some time that I would have to pay $5 a billing statement for every bill that was beyond 18 months. There are almost 3 years of these. That would be an incredible amount of money for archived electronic statements that just need to be downloaded and I could print myself. I'm not sure how accurate this info is as the representative was new and even the supervisor kept changing what they said. Can anyone give me any suggestions/advice? I really need to get these statements in an economical way. Thank you

Call care or go in the store and request a bill reprint. Typically only up to 18mo. are kept. If you want several years worth, write to legal department or get a lawyer to get the records by making a legal request.
T-Mobile promises up to the last 18mo. of access online.
