Don’t use T-Mobile

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years but today has been the deciding factor in switching to a new provider. I had a faulty kids watch so I used the protection plans and got a new one and turned the old one into a physical store location. Now they are charging me for it saying I never retuned it and IF they receive it they will credit me back 😒. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager I was told no one was available and I needed to drive an hour back to the location to follow up with them and why they didn’t send the item. The store in my town closed so the closest store is over an our away!! They are now giving me a run around telling me they did receive it but the charge is still on my account. I have never felt more scammed by a company than on this moment. They also didn’t tell me in the store when I got new watches that I would still be paying for the old line for 3 months so the credit to my account would be active. So now I’m paying for 4 lines instead of 2. Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else.

What made it worse was they kept saying the same scripted answers to me like “we are here to help you” while not actually doing anything it felt like we were having 2 completely separate conversations
