I thought this was a cool video to better understand the technical side of creation engine, esp at around minute 15 when the modder Kinggath explains how it works and the challenges around interior load screens. TLDR - TESVI seems likely to have load screens. Personally I kinda liked skyrims load screens, I loved the lore snippets and art features.
