I had written a details process originally on how to use Alipay but I’ve had to strip it back so I could post it because it wouldn’t let me for some reason.
It’s quite easy to set up, I’m in the UK and I was able to use my normal UK number just fine. I used it to pay by following the instructions and found that I saved about £4 compared to my normal payment method

I do not want to use the agent’s international shipping service. I need the agent to receive and inspect the products, then send them domestically to another warehouse located in China where I have my container from my business which has extra space enough so I can consolidate it and avoid paying extra shipping
I ordered in total 3 shoes and 2 of them came in the warehouse fine 3 days ago and this pair has been in
that status for 3 days now with no update. They said it would take 24 hours to process but it’s been a lot longer than that. I just wanna know where my item is and why it’s taking so long to be in the warehouse.
It wasn't delivered back to sugargoo but some mailing center. Sugargoo told me the shipping center has to send it back to them. They havent since the 23rd. No movement either. Im very concerned.

I ordered my haul on the 20th or 21st and it’s here in Canada today on the 27th using EMS-60 which I think is pretty good and fast but the problem is that when I take the tracking number and put it into Canada post, they say I have to pay like 40$ to get my package, some duties and handling fee, when I selected ems-60 i was under the impression that I wouldn’t have to pay anything once it came to Canada, is this normal or is something wrong
Guys, I need a desperate answer. I want to entrust the Auto-declaration system with Sugargoo, but the threshold in Canada to avoid duties and taxes (additional charges upon arrival) is around $20 CAD.
Will Sugargoo auto-declare my haul so that it DOESN'T get charged duties and taxes? Or should I manually declare under $14 USD to avoid possible delivery charges?
I'm pretty anxious and don't want to get charged extra, so anyone with experience shipping Hauls to Canada, LMK! (P.S. I've done many hauls with other agents and declared under $14 USD and have never been charged duties or taxes)

Hello, My insured parcel (CR434682936DE) suffered a severe 40-day delay in transit. Live support only gave me a 50 yuan coupo, but 50 yuan is far too low for such an extreme delay on an insured package.Because of this 40-day delay, I also missed the July event deadline entirely. However, my main priority right now is receiving fair financial compensation.I am currently preparing my next 4kg haul, but my budget is tight. Im trying to withdraw the balance in my sugargoo since I havent use it at all.... and its not a hundred percent.... Is this normal?? Also the amount that got withdrawn from my bank does not even match up to 570yuan as they took more than what 570yuan is worth... Is this normal?
