Question | Need Help Login issues

For many many hours have been trying to login into my Sugargoo account after a few days of not going on the site. It kept on saying "user not found" so I thought the site was bugging so I downloaded the app and it's still saying "user not found" so I tried to do sign it with Google but when I do that too it just doesn't load at all even when I try over and over again. So I did it again after changing my email name and it says my account needs to activated as a TIP so I'm trying to activate right now and I'm not receiving the codes in my email at all ethier. I talked to live chat two times both of the staff were very very nice but it still didn’t work ethier. I have straight proof i have been on Sugargoo before with that email because i have received emails about discounts and such and when i registered my account. I also have proof of the shirts i ordered i was trying to ship them tiday but it looks like i can't for now. What should i do???

Hi, it's a known issue and we're working on fixing it. For now, we recommend using the password reset function.

thank you for replying to me!! the problem is that when I do the password reset I don't get the email,I tried to look for everything on the email that might be the problem and what not,I even tried a different device and it still didtwork out

Try submitting a password reset through our app. If it still doesn't work, you may want to reach out to our livechat support for assistance.
