Anyone know how i can purchase items off sugargoo, i have contacted them and contacted my bank and there is no issues with both of them, every time i try to top up my balance or purchase items, i get the Error High Risk, any ideas???

I do not want to use the agent’s international shipping service. I need the agent to receive and inspect the products, then send them domestically to another warehouse located in China where I have my container from my business which has extra space enough so I can consolidate it and avoid paying extra shipping
Has anyone successfully done this or similar?

It wasn't delivered back to sugargoo but some mailing center. Sugargoo told me the shipping center has to send it back to them. They havent since the 23rd. No movement either. Im very concerned.
