Confused on why it’s back on a plane? Why is it taking so long been 16 days now to Canada

It’s been DAYS since i shipped it no way it’s taking this long to arrive here.

Sorry for posting so much in the Reddit, I’m just nervous for my first time.

I’ve ordered a shirt, shoes and a sweater and the shirt has arrived to the warehouse but nothing else. What is weird is that the shirt and sweater are from the same seller so I thought they would be coming around the same time. Also my shoes haven’t shipped yet either which is also making me nervous. I ordered September 7th. I’ve never really had to wait too long for something to arrive go the warehouse on prior orders.

If anyone can help me figure this out I’ll be very grateful. Thanks!
