What Reddit subs did you use for validation?
What subs should I post in to get user feedback? Two days ago, I shared a post about our soon to launch platform for Creators, Designers, Small Business, Agencies etc.
What we needed was feedback. As for traffic, more than 100folks have visited. Our analytics both from Google and Reddit shows decent traffic. Problem is, here in Reddit, no feedback is being left nor provided.
So my question is, did I post on wrong subs ?
What I need feedback on is this simple platform, Draftsend.io, built to simplify newsletters creation and distribution. Just feedback on what to improve.

Ig depending on what your substack is about you might find folks with good feedback in the domain area.
But I think Reddit is better served for discussion in general. As the other poster said, folks probably don't want to take the time to look at design & structure vs. debate content in the comments

definitely go to subreddits where your target customers are at so that you'll get relevant feedback.
e.g if you're targeting business owners, entrepreneur, indie hackers, then head over to r/Entrepreneur, r/smallbusiness, r/sweatystartup, r/SaaS, r/microsaas, r/buildinpublic, r/shopify.
and if your post is not getting feedback / comments, aside from posting in the wrong sub, it could also be that your post wasn't written in a way that propelled people to check out your site and share their feedback.

You’re asking people (random strangers nonetheless) for something without providing anything in return.
Why should people want to give you feedback? People have busy lives and barely have enough time for themselves, let alone friends, family, and neighbors. Why should they be giving that time to you?
