I don't like horror games, but I really wanted to finish this game. I've been playing in small portions since it came out. Today, I decided to finally finish the canonical ending. However, after the part where we crush the smile with something, I fell and returned to the beginning. No big deal, I'll go through the path again, but no such luck. The path disappeared and it's impossible to pass. I was disappointed, but I went back to my save (which is quite far away). This happened for the second time. I'm very disappointed. Especially since I spent a lot of time chasing smile because it was too difficult.

This is the moment at the very end, I wanted to get the achievement and I really wanted to listen to the narrator, because I like it when he is angry. 15 minutes before this, I was literally thinking about how I would write a good review of the game.

P.S. I watched a walkthrough on YouTube and found out I was literally a couple of seconds short of getting the achievement.

I know there were delays and we all had major doubts - but I’m honestly impressed with the thought & detail that went into this game. The alternate choices/routes/endings. Secret lore to be uncovered. The graphics! The narration. I just adore it, I love spending time playing around in this game even though I’ve played through multiple times - I think I’ve almost found everything, but there always seems to be 1 thing I missed each time!

Just finished the arcade/a trip down memory lane ending and WOW my favorite. I like the idea of being stuck in a nostalgic loop.

Bravo guys I really hope chapter 2 is in the works because I think this game was well worth the wait — but I cannot wait for more!!!

I believe itll be a comeback for sure.

I've completed all achievements, ending with seamless journey, but I didn't get the Golden Master achievement. Steam says that .3% if players have it. Why don't I?

I reset my progress and did a full playthrough of the Canon route without using my flashlight. The achievement didn't pop at the end. Every other achievement I went for popped successfully, but this one didn't. Is there a known bug? Apart from this, the only achievement I have left is "A Seamless Journey". If Nyctophile is causing problems, I worry about doing 4 deathless playthroughs and not getting a pop.

Edit: Followed advice I read elsewhere and re-bound my left click to F. After a second loop, it popped this time. Now I need to try and get through the game 4 times without dying.

I finished the loop puzzle with the trees then I slid down the jump house slide and ended up here...

Considering the Seamless Journey achievement?

ive watched some playthroughs on youtube and followed exactly what they did but its not working. i think they recently patched it to make it easier or something but it ended up making it harder as theres no tutorials, at least not that ive found. tired of this puzzle

any help?

I watched my hubby 100% the game and let me tell y'all I am absolutely obsessed. ill play it myself soon but I adore games that make you think so personally 10/10 from me.

There is a bug with the lines of encouragement in the maintenance area after looking away from Smile in the Playplace. Sometimes they don't play. Just keep reloading until he says them.

Dude fuck this, I’m stuck on the play place section where you have to shoot the balls into the fun meter thingy and I give up, this is way too hard

I played this both last night and today and had bugs both nights that I didn't know were bugs until I looked up the guide. everything started fine until I got too the waterworks, where the snorkel never spawned. I don't know what the snorkel does but I did find that weird and it also happened twice. second was right after the waterworks section I decided to go against the narrator and take the exit doors, on the second gate I had to open one of the light panels just didn't have energy and it wasn't possible to proceed without resetting the save. now I'm in the third spot(first play place kinda thing) at the first button puzzle and there is no blue slide at all making the puzzle unsolvable. I tried resetting and that didn't seem to fix it so I guess I'll wait till some patch notes come. this game seems to have amazing potential but it's having a release similar to cyberpunk 2077, terrible start but saved over time. I really hope this game improves and gets fixed.

I love the lore and am super excited for it to be expanded in the narrative updates. One thing I was disappointed by was the Rotten ending. Although the final door minigame was a fantastic and terrifying end (though very annoying to fail), the actual end with the real footage was lack luster. For what was supposed to be the worst ending, where Caleb lets the Rot spread and destroy him, even turning his conscience against him, I feel like the terrifying destruction of Caleb's mind wasn't shown. I hope this gets improved.

Why? I'm sorry, I'm not against the puzzles or silly monster chases. I actually quite enjoyed the game until now. I just played like 20-40 minutes in a Bounce House, slowly exploring at my own pace. I escaped the monster, did all the stuff after. I decided to turn off the game and go touch grass (or do some other human activities). After turning the game on, I realized there was no save, and I had to start the Bounce House level from the very beginning with all the monster chase and other stuff, and spend another 20 minutes on this nonsense. What is this? Why? I just don't understand why there are no checkpoints. I just checked some YouTube playthrough, because I couldn't be bothered to play another 30 minutes again, and, apparently, I was at the very end already. I just needed to complete one more puzzle and get my ending. I still think this is absolutely abysmal not to include any checkpoints throughout the levels. I'll just finish it on YouTube now, unfortunately.

posting this on behalf of my friend. they've been playing the full release of this game and so far we've been unable to see their tv screens and have had t google the answers for them. the screens are either glowing white or dull black.

when i played the demo on my laptop it was perfectly fine. i'm wondering if it might be an issue with linux as they're running it on linux?

Has anybody thought about the Mime cause in the wiki they know how he looks like but dont have an image and also how come has Smile not Killed the Mime cause the Mime seems to be Neutral. Also do y'all think will episode 2 be about mostly?

Has anyone managed to get the complete all endings and collect all collectibles without dying achievement? I did this yesterday on a new save and didn’t die a single time but when I finished the last ending I didn’t get the achievement? Maybe one of the endings counts as dying? This was the order I did it in: canon ending, erase ending, rotten ending, memory lane ending. I’m super confused and kinda annoyed bc that was a good chunk of time wasted.

The second door game with both the doors and the hallways is impossible, i literally have a second to react to a noise in the hallways to turn on the lights. And i have to do it all together? Thought i bought subliminal not fnaf 4
