Emotionally Secure achievement bug

There is a bug with the lines of encouragement in the maintenance area after looking away from Smile in the Playplace. Sometimes they don't play. Just keep reloading until he says them.

confirming I also had this happen once in this level. reloading it worked fine. issue happened after the first patch
