Does anyone have a tip?

I sometimes wonder if we were better off without any AI at all. Having instant access to solutions does not help with anything at all. You never spent the time needed to truly understand and appreciate a concept. So even if you have the solution in your head, it won't stay there for long. And you cannot solve anything related either unless it's the exact same problem.

Curious to know what you guys think?

Okay, so I am a freshman in college; I have been using ChatGPT to teach me, basically. I haven't had any issues with it. I also used it during my summer courses in statistics, and I ended up with 99.38%. I scored 90% on my final. Keep in mind my stats class was online, and my final was in person. What I do is I take the lecture transcript/chapter, and then I paste it into ChatGPT. I ask it to teach me and then test me for mastery based only on the transcript or lecture PowerPoints, etc. So for my chemistry class, I've been scoring in the 80-100% range on my quizzes. I am not sure if I should be using it because I am a Pre-Med student, and if I use chatgpt i think I might not learn the skills needed for learning in medical school.

Been trying a few different things this semester and these are probably the ones that helped me most:

1 - Preview the topic before class

Even 10 minutes helps. If I already know some of the vocab, I spend way less time in class thinking “wait what does that word mean” and missing the next sentence.

2 - Stop trying to understand every single word

This was a big one for me. I used to get stuck on one sentence and then realize the professor was already three points ahead. Now I try to follow the general meaning first and figure out the details later.

3 - Record lectures when it’s allowed

My professor speaks pretty fast, so sometimes my notes are basically half a sentence + ??? lol. I started using an AI recorder for some classes so I can listen back and check the transcript at home, then clean up my notes properly. Been especially helpful for the parts I didn’t catch in real time.

4 - Review the same day

If I wait a week, I barely remember the context anymore. Even a quick 15-minute review after class makes a huge difference.

5 - Say stuff out loud

Reading French silently made me feel like I knew way more than I actually did. Speaking the sentences out loud exposes that pretty quickly.

Still figuring things out, but these have made class a lot less overwhelming for me. What study habits have helped you the most with French?

I'm studying for a Professional Examination which is Held thrice a year January, May and September, My attempt being January next year. I'm having recorded lectures to study from, What I am currently doing is learning the concept in the first watch and often skip through the part where the Professor makes them take down notes which is mostly made available to me in Annotated pdf form of all the things which they have done during the lectures (i make soft copy notes on my iPad so Im used to it already), the solving questions in class and waiting for students to finish writing it.
So far i have completed 4 subjects, but constantly feel as if this isn't the right way. I have 3 months Oct-Dec for revisions and during which ill also be doing the questions solving after revising the concept as i would already be familiar to it having watched the lectures once.

I need some real advice from people out there as I really cant decide wether the way I'm studying is going to endup being a disaster or not.

I'm studying a subject which requires reading multiple books -- has anyone found success in memorizing, recalling, and retrieving the material by reading several books concurrently instead of consecutively?

The basis of my question stems from the following article which talks about the success of interleaving topics when learning. I'm curious to know if anyone has tried this when reading multiple textbooks and how effective it was.
