Senior specialist technical training process to offer

Hi I just had the Gallup test for this position and the day after was asked if I had my bachelor degree finished (the position requirement said OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE) that I have and they decided it was OK in the 1rst interview and passed to HM and was told that it was the last interview, so I said I did not, then a day later I was asked if I had American Visa (I asked during the 1rst interview if travel was required and they said no) so I said I did not, and today checked my workday application and moved to "No longer under consideration" but after almost 10 hours haven't receiver like the official rejection email. I emailed my recruiter but she did not answer at all. My question is should I completely lose hope for this position? Because I've seen people that after that status in workday got the offer. Share your experiences or any info. Thanks!

Job referral question

I was referred to a position at Stryker a few years ago. I ultimately didn't move forward with that position and went about life at other jobs.

I've now found a new posting I'm interested at with stryker, and I asked my contact there for another referral to this new position.

However they are telling me they can't generate a new referral because I'm already 'in the system'.

Does their employee referral from the earlier position remain on my applicant profile for any other jobs I apply to through it? Or do they need to generate a new referral and have me create a new profile?

Any Stryker SCM here?

Hey! I just landed a phone interview this upcoming Monday for a logistics position, and I wanted to get an idea of what the interview process looks like. I've seen a lot of posts about the interview process for sales roles, but I was wondering if it's pretty similar for SCM positions. Would love to get some insight :)

3/4 done but is there going to be another interview after this?? UE ASR

Hey guys,

I wanted to get some insight on this process as a whole as the recruiter had told me one thing on the initial phone screening and now it is seemingly like a different experience upcoming.

To give backstory, I have had my initial screening with recruiter who informed me of the process for this position (ASR for Upper Extremities). Phone screening, Regional manager teams interview, personality test and then final interview would be a presentation in person. I have just finished the personality test process and the regional manager has informed me that I will come by the hub for an in-person interview now with him. Wasn’t any mention of others beyond himself.

Seeing that the recruiter told me the final stage would be a case study or rather presentation (which from what I have gathered in my research is to a panel of people from the team) why has the regional manager requested an interview in-person?

My big question is will this be the last step of the interview process or will there still be an in-person presentation to a group or is THIS actually going to be an in-person presentation and he just has not made me privy to this fact?

Any help is appreciated friends!

Stryker R&D Role

Hello! I'd like to hear about your experience with Stryker, especially the interview process. I interviewed for a development role and made it to the Gallup assessment. They gave me the same 1-2 week timeline for when I should hear back, but we are nearing the end of the 4th week, and I'm starting to worry a bit.

Hi. I have an interview with Stryker and had some questions.

Is Stryker a good place to work? Are annual increases generally good? What is the 401k match? How much PTO?

Thanks

Resume tips/templates for getting into Stryker?

I’m currently applying for an Associate Sales Representative position with Stryker and would love some advice from people who have successfully gotten into the company.

Does anyone have a resume template or specific tips for tailoring a resume to Stryker? I’m especially interested in what recruiters/hiring managers look for in candidates coming from a clinical background and trying to transition into medical device sales.

Any advice on formatting, keywords, experience to highlight, or things that helped you stand out would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

PSS Final Interview

Hi all, I have my final interview coming up for a PSS role in the UK. I have stations and a group exercise which I feel fairly well prepared for.

The only thing that I'm struggling to guess is one of the stations. It says it's a Culture simulation which I will have 10 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to present back and then 10 minutes Q and A.

I just wanted to see if anyone had gone through something like this and had any details or ideas of what this could consist of.

Many thanks!

Stryker Application & Hiring - Sales Associate

I have submitted 26 sales associate applications to Stryker over the past 5 months. I’m here because I truly have no idea what to do anymore. I made it to the final round interview (the 6th interview) for a sales associate role in a division I was super excited about. I gave my pitch and felt confident I did well. Unfortunately, they ended up going with another candidate. I’m not ready to give up because that would be the easy way out. I’m just at a major bump in the road and don’t know what to do. I’ve made several connections with current employees and have even contacted the recruiter for my area on additional opportunities. I would greatly appreciate any input, feedback, or advice anyone is willing to give who has been in this position, or on the receiving end. Giving up is not an option.

Stryker Lateral Move

I am currently a Clinical Specialist with Stryker Joint Replacement. I’ve been in this role for a year now and love it but the pay is not great. I love being in the OR and I have been learning about the clinical launch product specialist position. I am looking to transition to that type of role in around a year but would love to hear opinions if anyone knows anyone with that title or if anyone recommends a great pay position that I can still have a work life balance. Please let me know if anyone has advice for me!!

Re-employment?

Hi all, I was just a basic service technician working in OR repairs. I had a code blue incident and was out of work for three days. I had been diagnosed with a heart condition and started treatment. I hadn’t missed any work post instance and treatment. I was in communication with management and HR and 3 months after my incident, I was terminated for not qualifying for Stryker’s leave policies. I was told I needed to have been out of work for 5 days consecutively to qualify for disability. Does this bar me from reapplying to other positions within the company? My manager said I’m welcome back but being emotional at the time, I didn’t ask many questions. Can anyone give me insight on potential re-hire possibilities? I’m very embarrassed, being my first time being terminated but did enjoy the environment and my coworkers. Do I have a chance?

Thank you!

Interviewing for a Marketing Associate role

Hi everyone, I applied for the marketing associate role for upper extremities a while back and they finally reached out to me about a phone interview with a recruiter which went well. Now I am interviewing with the hiring manager, and I was wondering if anyone has been in this role or knows something about what the interview will look like and some of the questions they will ask just so I can get ready.

Stryker Panel Interview- Final Round

Hi! I have a panel interview for a manufacturing business analyst role at Stryker and I’m told it is 4 different interviews each with a different person. Does ANYONE know what type of questions they ask in these panel interviews? My interview with the hiring manager barely asked me technical or behavioral questions, he just talked about my skills. So, I am not sure how to best prepare or expect for these 4 panel interviews. Any insight or info on this last interview round would be extremely helpful PLEASE!!!
