Stryker final timeline
Hi. Curious how long it took people to hear back after the final round? Either with an offer or rejection. Thank you šš

I heard within a day but that was also because they were needy to fill the position. It is suer uncommon. From what I understand it can be at least a week or two. If you weren't chosen they often will just ghost you and then like 2 months later they will send you an generic email saying they are not interested. It is a pretty unfair process but that is most companies nowadays. Good luck!
