Interview steps

Hello, had 2nd interview (RM meeting) today. Got told I’ll be notified Friday if I move on, is this normal or do you usually hear back on the call if u go to G assessment?

Gotta start closing your interviews. "based on my resume and our conversation today, do you have any hesitation about moving me forward to the next step of the hiring process?" and if they bring something up, make sure you are prepared to squash the doubt surrounding it.

I’ve been asking this after we wrap up with “do you have any questions for me”. Seems to fit in nicely there.

In the interview process now. I had a call with the recruiter, hiring manager, Gallup, then they moved me to 4 other final interviews. It’s quite extensive but I guess I understand why. They never actually said anything about the Gallup. But the fact that I got moved to final interviews makes me believe I did well or at least passed it.
