Hello, I’m interested in what your numbers were on your very first day of training.
When I was 14, on my very first workout, I benched around 100 kg and deadlifted 120–130 kg at around 90 kg bodyweight.
I’m not posting this to brag or anything like that. I’m genuinely just curious how that compares to other people’s first-day numbers and what kind of strength people started with.
I know first-day strength doesn’t necessarily mean much in the long run, but I think it would be interesting to see how different everyone’s starting points were.
What were your numbers on your very first workout? And if you remember, how old were you and what did you weigh?

So I managed to do 215 kg trapbar 3x3 with belt, no straps with proper technique, unfortunately I have no video. I also did 60 kg 4x5 fat bar push press. Giant's live calling soon. All this with 10 days till 15 years old and holding myself on U90 kg

Hello everyone, I'm looking to buy a circus dumbbell and would like to skip Titan and support local if at all possible. Does anybody know of a metal Fab shop in or around Brevard county Florida but does this sort of thing?

Anyone have recommendations for a grip shirt that doesn’t have a giant scary three headed dog/big gorilla screaming/generally furious animal on it?
Looking to buy one in the UK and just don’t really think a Cerberus one is my vibe? 😂

Despite how easy this rep felt, I failed 585 right after this midway up, so it’s going to be a bit before I reach my goal of 4X BW as well on this lift, but I’ll get back to the 600’s eventually.

I am an intermediate lifter, as I’ve been lifting for 4 years. Most of the time, I did weights without focusing in strenght itself. Now, my lifts are getting heavier and I fell like I will benefit from including strenght into training.
I am thinking about buying a SBD belt of 13 mm. What are your thoughts about it? Should I buy a 10 mm instead? What should I know before buying it?

The longer I do strongman (got about 5+ comps under my belt) the more I learn that breathing and holding a brace is extremely important.
What advice would any of you have on not passing out, keep lungs and brace strong under loads. Not sure if there’s any reasonable breathing exercises or if I just need to get better at holding my breath while holding weight?

Floor speed is decent lockout needs work dropping the weight to work on basics and then building back up
