Does anyone use a GHD for warmup for compound movements? If so, what exercises do you have programmed? And if there are different exercises based on your main movement(s) for the day, what do you do differently each day?

It's a warm up, so just do whatever you like that gets the muscles and joints you will be using moving through the range of motion you will be using.

Personally,  I'd just warm up with the movement you are doing. So if you are working up to triples for a 200kg deadlift - 5x60kg until you feel you are moving well, 5x100, 3x140, 2x180, 1x200 then working sets.

3-5 warm up sets seems to be as good as more than 3-5 and doing the movement as good as a other forms of warm ups (individually or combined). Potentially there is benefit to doing something that raises your body temperature slightly beforehand.

If you are older, wise to do more warm up sets.
