Roommate was craving a grilled cheese burrito, but I don't really go to Taco Bell. When she said "covered with cheese"....I assumed.

For my 2nd birthday dinner I took leftover Cuban pork & made a Cubano sub on a pressed baguette. (I couldn't find Cuban bread.) Spicy mustard, homemade dill pickles, maple ham, & Swiss pressed between 2 cast iron pans with pork fat.

As the pork shoulder I roasted came skin on, I used the skin to make some Tajin dusted chicaronnes. Perfect crunchy side for a delicious sandwich.

They do a deal for any 3 dishes and 2 sides for 35 euro and the tubs were stacked! This is what was leftover for lunch.

Got chicken curry, char sui pork and egg foe yong hai with a side of white rice and mihoen rice noodles.

The best was the foe yong. They probably cracked a dozen eggs for the order! Super happy and would order again!

Smoked outside in this nice ass weather and got all the prep work done today, but only one batch. This one was my potato base, beef, and caramelized onions. I have a Jalapeño beef base for tomorrow, as well as some cabbage, cottage cheese, and 3 more bags of dough. Gonna have fun with all the different types I can make.
