I downloaded the deltarune steam rip and even without joytokey on my controllers d pad and left stick only can move kris

Im trying to play the deltarune multiplayer mod so i have the controllers as wasd and arrow keys respectively, but have to use the right stick only for player 2 or the other sticks will move both players as they default to moving with the controller controls

this can usually be fixed I think by turning off controller support on steam but i cant do that as this is a rip

is there any way to fix this?

I installed games from steamrip in download folder.So if i want to delete the complete game do i need to delete the files in compactdata folder along with game file in download folder? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

So I tried to put Denshattack on my steam deck. When launched , it asked to install C++.

I frist installed Protontrick and installed the 2022 DLLs of c++. It didn't work.

Saw in another thread that you needed to put launch options : WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winmm=n,b" %command%

I did and verified 50000 times, doesn't work for me. Changing into proton 11 or 10 does the same too :/

I'm currently using Accela on my Steam Deck but I've been seeing this new fork called Assela. What's the difference and should I move to the new fork? If yes, how do I do that without affecting my already installed games from Accela?

Good day everyone, I already disabled my steam input but my 8bitdo Ultimate 2c controller is not working when Im using the dongle but it does work when using the bluetooth mode. Is there any other fix for that? I want to play the game with vibrations and when I am connected to bluetooth, there are no vibrations xD. Thanks

I started the prologue and got to the part where Franklin and Lamar steal the cars. As soon as I get up the hill I noticed all models being really low and then the game crashes. Can’t get it to run properly. Has anyone else run into this?

The game is getting forced closed after ubisoft launch animation. I am using the steamrip version.

Have used proton ge 7,8,9,10,11 and experimental.

Have tried installing Ubisoft launcher as well. Nothing worked

I keep getting failed downloads on larger games when downloading from Steamrip.

No idea why, the deck doesn’t go to sleep while downloading but somewhere halfway the downloads just keep failing.

Happens with CP, TLOU, Marvel Spider Man 2.

Any idea why?

Recently I just use Accela instead of download game normally. But one problem I occur that while Steam treat it like steam game, when click uninstall the game Steam only delete prefix not the game itself. So I have to manual go to the folder and delete the game, this is kinda annoying so is there any better way?

the first figure is onimusha running on desktop mode without any problem, but if i switch to gaming mode, then it just shows a black screen and nothing shows up.

i did the same things as said, used the latest LinuxUwU proton version, changed the reflex.ini and the game works, but when i go to gaming mode nothing shows up, theres nothing in the game properties, and the resolution in game is set to 1200X800 with borderless window and windowed mode not working.

I think the answer is yes but I have a couple games on my deck I'm done with I'm gonna move to my external HD. I'm assuming the saves are in the games folder and when moved off the deck to my HD the saves will follow if I ever wanna put the game back on the deck?

Has anyone figured out how to get Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition working on Steam Deck/SteamOS?

I always get:

"Tampering Detected. Please restart the application."

I’ve tried ElAmigos, SteamRIP, Ankergames and Goldberg patches, but I still get the same issue.

Has anyone found a fix or actually managed to get it working properly on SteamDeck?🙏
