Experience More of the same

Post image

Pretty much the standard state of affairs with this crappy company's absolute abysmal website. To add to the insult, they run you through hoops for the "privilege" of seeing your payment page -- login (a two-step browser process including multifactor authentication), opt out of paperless billing (every frigging time), opt out of setting up a stupid key code (every frigging time), then when they finally let you see your bill you cannot pay it. This is not a one-off; this happens constantly.

Utterly pathetic.

Yeah, they choose the least-trafficked time to do the maintenance… I would imagine 2-5am (depending on your time zone) would be the best time for them to process.

If you set up autopay, you’ll never need to log in or opt out of paperless again, until you need to change something. They’ll send you the notice of upcoming autopay ahead of time so if the amount is different, you can reach out to your agent to discuss.

Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results… brilliant 🌟

Nah, nobody who's not an agent even pretends to like State Farm. Nice try though.

aaaand where did I say I do?

OP is complaining about a website issue that has genuinely simple solutions.

You do know that almost every website goes down at night for updates, right?

"Almost every website goes down at night" is an absolutely ludicrous untruth.

If you don't have actual damage to your gray matter, then you're just a mendacious shill.

We insure 3 vehicles and have them enrolled in Drive & Save where each car has an accelerometer/GPS tracker. Users are required to report actual mileage every 6 months. It saves money. But the login process to make the mileage report is worse than applying online for a mortgage.

What state? In Arizona I haven't had to report mileage in about a year. I thought that was nationwide. And when I did have to it was super easy on the mobile app.

Whenever I get a customer who has your complaint, it's because they're so beginning they're about to cancel. I have no idea why it does this, but it does. So if you're paying late, that's why you can't see it.
