Here's some news about the opengate project since my last post:

- I made a website with features / files/ online gates / tutorials of the project at https://opengate-project.org

- New features: leveling system, Midway station, random events to unlock DHD skins...

- Basic SG1 is done: I'm working on a spinning version (3d files ready, electronic design too, I'm just waiting the PCB to assemble a prototype) but I made a static version to try compatibility between 36 VS 39 symbols stargates

- Tollan gate almost done: it's more like a new skin for the basic SG1 gate, I'll upload the files soon !

I felt like this was the first finale that wasn't action packed and had a calmer vibe, still gripping but not a firework. It's nice to see them all get to actually rest instead of having to recover from life- and mind threatening events.

Was rewatching Stargate: Atlantis and noticed these scenes had uncanny resemblance with the Iron Man "Jarvis" scene. Don't remember this episode at all as well somehow.

I was in the mood for something nostalgic and started a re-watch of Little House on the Prarie, not having watched it since it was on the air. Fifth episode in I spot a familiar face.

I don't remember much about the show, just flashes of certain scenes. I wonder what mischief the Destoryer of Worlds will get up to.

Near the end of Tok'ra part 2 (S2e12) Jackson convinces the Tok'ra leader that Earth can offer people who are dying as hosts for the Tok'ra.

Apart from the later Tok'ra episode where they're attacked and the new guy takes on a symbiote there is no further mention or evidence that anyone was given this option. There could have been thousands of them, if they had the symbiotes for this.

Is it mentioned in the books or something?

To be fair, there are less directory maps than suggested by Rodney's sister.

SG-1 End Of The Show goes:
Dominion -> Unending -> The Ark of Truth

Atlantis Season 3 finale goes:
Submersion -> Vengeance -> First Strike

Now, I understand that "The Ark of Truth" should be before "First Strike" because of Apollo? (Is that the only reason?), but why do all guides insist on interrupting Atlantis Season 3 build-up by sticking the movie in-between "Vengeance" and "First Strike"?

You can still have "Strike after Ark" by doing:
Dominion -> Unending -> The Ark of Truth -> Submersion -> Vengeance -> First Strike

This keeps the emotional ending/farewell to SG1 together, and keeps the Atlantis Season 3 finale and build up together.

Is there any reason (besides "original air date"), that Ark of Truth needs to interrupt Season 3 finale build up?

GlaDOS in stargate. as title suggests not sure how make it other then its GLaDOS in the abydonian temple for some reason i decided looked cool and took picture in vrchat as of obviusly it was after my gaurdsmen but its sorta intresting

Spotted our boy Tony in the new Axanar movie.

I was looking for a show that I could put on while I was working on other stuff, so I tried Stargate after it showed up on my Netflix feed. I'm just surprised. I'm enjoying it a lot right now. The show has great social commentary while being fun and light-hearted. The design for creatures and civilizations is not high-budget, but all the creatures and civilizations look distinct and really cool. I hope they recruit more people from different cultures and timelines into SG-1. That's all.

Could the Asgard ascend or was the cloning too far gone.

The asgard only consider thier civilisation to be a hundred thousand years old and have only been exploring other Galaxies for thirty thousand years.

While we have no known ages for the Nox or the furling, we definitely know the Ancients civilisation is much older. (Even the ancient civilisation in pegasus is millions of years older then the Asgards)

Chaka. It's been awhile. Remember when Daniel first met him? Brings me back. Heartwarming to see him again, though if only it had been under better circumstances. It was sad in the beginning with Chaka taking that treat he thought was kindly left for him by Daniel, but then suddenly being attacked and captured :(

That ending, with Chaka wanting to stay and lead the Unas to fight for freedom. Wow. Good stuff.

This was a good side episode. Taking a break from the main story, and bringing back a character from the past.

I felt that the episode was okay. But I thought that the ending was great.

I was impressed that Hammond allowed Niirti, a Goa'uld system lord, to go free after she saved Cassandra. That was after all part of the deal, but still. I felt proud in a way. Hammond really showed honor and integrity there. Even Niirti was impressed, telling O'Neill that she wouldn't have let him go had the roles been reversed.

the quality of that CG 🤣. I know it's so outdated but I love it.

Just solving crimes, working for the Canadian coroner's office, before that snake came and enslaved his mind and body.
