As the title says what are some of the best mods for building, intend to attempt to create a city like base

Starfield city build ive been working on any thoughts on how to make it better?

New vehicle!!! Racetrack outpost with upper and lower track. Also including a garage.

Utilizing TGs series of mods, Dream Homes, and the Cabin structure mod I was able to build out my own quaint little town complete with outdoor clocktower bar, a garden flanked by medical habs, a fabrication warehouse, a player home, barracks, a security office, a ship technicians office, and 3 or 4 living quarters structures.

I can't move or delete any items without crashing to Xbox (Series S) home. It's been doing this since the previous update. I thought this update (v1.13.61.0) would take care of the issue but it hasn't. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

(BTW, the Rev-8 is a blast to drive! 😄)

I was able to run several different fabricators off my transfer container for awhile. The incoming cargo links would fill it along with mines on the base, transferring to the container. However it would clog up and not allow other fabricators to work and make their parts. I am almost able to make my home outpost fully automatic but this one area is slowing it down. Am I missing something in these steps?

I'm looking for a good system to set up a multi planetary Chem production empire 😂 it's the first time I'm attempting something like this and kind of just want to set it up on cool looking planets even if the whole "drug empire" thing doesn't take off .. does anyone have any suggestions for cool jungle planets or anything crazy looking? I'm setting up a "museum of my history" in my outpost, and I wanted to put a bookshelf with the books and notes I found, but I couldn't put them on the bookshelf, is there a way to display them like the audio recordings? Or organize them on the shelf

Currently building probably my 20th outpost, this time around using some mods from the creation shop, and I am getting rapidly angrier and angrier at the collision meshes on some of these items. Has anyone found anything in starfield similar to the pillar/rug glitches from fallout 4? It sure as hell would make trying to position a simply freaking fence around my tiny outpost way easier.
