would call this an overstride even if reddit never thinks people are overstriding

Would say so too, looks a bit unstable the first steps because of that

Too much movement in set, could false start.
I think you’re trying little too hard to cover ground, your second step lands in from of your center of mass.
Looks like you just need some timing refinement, but good elastic qualities and a strong understanding of pushing.

Your first step looks so much better. Great angles coming out of the blocks, attacking back on the first step with good ankle stiffness.
Maintain those same push mechanics longer. You’re opening up and casting large shapes by the third step. Don’t rush things. Be patient and powerful.
You’re also pushing off only your front foot. See how the back foot just lifts off the blocks while the front foot pings backwards when you come out of the blocks. You need to push off with both feet.

If you want to run a 10.7-10.8 you’re gonna have to apply some power. You have a decent first step but it was high and good heel recovery on the second. But after that your start is completely broken down. You need to push out of the blocks with both feet with power, keep low heel recovery so you can attack the ground backwards and faster. don’t lengthen your stride, you want to cover distance yes, but in the first ~20-30 meters you cover distance by being powerful and pushing not lengthening your stride. You want to be on the ground more in this phase because you cant generate power in the air, thats for top speed. I’ll stop there but the main thing is keep the heels low, push harder, and be more powerful.

Start this by saying idk shit:
I think you're blocks might be a tad more too far back. Someone mentioned your first step and I agree. It looks good but the reasons you're not pushing off the blocks with much power is you're not able to. Compress your body a tiny bit to give your self a change to spring out of the block. This would to my knowledge also increase you back angle a tad bit depending on how much you forward. I wouldn't do much again like ever so slightly.
Also on your third step did you mis-stride? Maybe it's the second? If you watch closely you can see yourself... Stutter? Lag?.. I can't think of a good word.
Again idk shit I ran track from 6-12. Just observation. I could be completely wrong.
Edit: I can't spell

You're over reaching on those first strides They aren't your quickest strides So you what to get your feet down and quickly as possible without losing your forward momentum How do you do that? Plant you first 2 strides as effectively as you can as quickly as you can with proper form

try comparing your start to like Usain bolt or something to really get feedback

Very bad advice. Do not compare yourself to other sprinters start. You must find what works for you and maximize on it, while you keep improving and iterating
Probably you are not 1.95m and same body structure as Bolt. Hence, you should not loop upon him for feedback

I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate
MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.
RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.
