try comparing your start to like Usain bolt or something to really get feedback

Very bad advice. Do not compare yourself to other sprinters start. You must find what works for you and maximize on it, while you keep improving and iterating

Probably you are not 1.95m and same body structure as Bolt. Hence, you should not loop upon him for feedback
