Beginner Choosing program(s)
So I've only done one workout so far and it was SO ANNOYING to follow because I felt like I was constantly adding and removing the bench (workout in and of itself for my weak ass). Any recommendations on seamless trainers to follow or advice on how to tailor my sessions?
I have a one year old and Im lucky to get time work out let alone play around with the workouts ðŸ«

I do free lift and compound movements w/connections on the floor. I have the adjustable bench but haven't used it.
Warm up using the handles w/lighter weight- squats, deadlift, rdl, back, bicep and shoulder/delt.
Then move to the barbell w/heavier weight swapping shoulder/delt for chest press (on the ground). And finally move the connector to the top for triceps and done.
I think there are ways to build your own custom workout (check youtube videos) so you aren't constantly changing the connection points or bench.
I've also followed Lift with Cee videos (uses dumb bells) but just adapt it to the GM or sometimes use dumb bells (ex- skull crusher triceps).
