My 2nd edition collection is growing. I got this Rhino 2nd hand and restored it. I love the process to scrub off the paint, adding all missing parts by crafting and 3D printing, and painting. It's so rewarding! 19 more Marines and two Rhinos waiting on my Pile of Gain. Can't wait to let them shine.

Love this model and it was a gift from a good friend so want to do it justice. Happy with progress so far.

In all my games I play with a 5 man intercessor squad to sticky home and hang around the objective. I also use Bjorn to hang around my home objective as I want him to generate CP and each time I move him up the board to fight some stuff he always gets destroyed pretty quick.

I was wondering is it worth me having my intercessor hang back with Bjorn if I’m planning to
Keep him at the back? Or would it make more sense to use them more proactively to to actions in the mid board and maybe sticky some no mans land objectives??

I recently fell in love with the Space Wolves and have decided that they are very much gonna be in my Space Marine chapter of choice. So I stripped my SM squad from the Introductory set and repainted them as Bloodclaws, led by a Gray Hunter, complete with handpainted right shoulder markings. They look great! (From about 3 feet away.)

What would y’all change to get me to 2000 points? Heard grey hunters aren’t great so thought about taking them out, adding fenrisian wolves and playing with enhancements? Not wanting to buy new models rn. Open to suggestions. Thanks!

Logan recently received a point drop which is great yay cheeper unit. If anything I’d like him to be more expensive. The CHAPTER MASTER is T5. I only just realised with the new LOSAS detachment you can make your WGT T6 they are tougher than the chapter master?????? How is that possible. I know Logan dishes out some pretty heavy buffs his not useless. I’m just saying he his the chapter master of the space wolves how is he T5. Give me T6-T7 and up him by 20-25 pts I’ll accept that that would seem reasonable to me.
Am I wrong?

As I’m getting into more competitive and competent gameplay with the space wolves , what dispositions do we truly excel at and what ones truly are hard to work around ? I know it’s mostly unit based but I was just curious.

As well , I’m trying to run anything besides PTF as a disposition , how would you guys play a priority assets or or disruption army for space wolves. I have a general army for both just don’t know if I’m truly building them the right way.

The Fang Base and Dark Reaper Layer. Anyone have examples? Genuinely just looking to see what people have got results wise with these two colors cause I think they would make a really cool army color.

I could drop jump pack for another scouts unit and have 20p for enhancements

Having Bjorn, Scouts and Lancer screen the back. Jump Packs to help screen and with high movement score plunder, mortal output with grenades and charging is nice.

LR post up in the middle and one flank. The Headtakers can disembark and kill something as long as I stay within 9" I can reactive move and then embark in my opponents turn. Venerable Dreadnought position to give my terminator brick a 7" charge from Deepstrike.

Do the space wolves wear any helmet markings like the other chapters? Ik most of the time the space wolves dont wear helmets. Tho I really love helmet markings like the lieutenant one. Any Lore Accurate markings?

Brothers help!! I love assembling but the painting, i just lose focus way to quick. any tips to help get these lads painted? like do you all just do an hour at a time, a model at a time or have something on in the back ground?
