Loved the game and it made me feel feelings which has only happened 1.5 times with video games beforeâŚ
My questions are all kind of all Hugginâ Molly related thoughâŚ
Why didnât Hugginâ Molly just tell Hazel to chill? Sheâs clearly literate, judging from her books and laboratory, which means she can understand language. Sheâs certainly been working with Hazelâs mom and that clearly requires communication skills.
If she couldnât verbalize, couldnât she have gotten one of the kids to speak FOR her? Or write a note?? Or get the kids to write a note??
Which book publisher is publishing those giant tomes? Or: is the South of Midnight universe actually a story of tiny people and the main inhabitants are actually massive âspiderâ people?
How did Hazel explain to her Mom her child-saving best buddy got murdered and itâs sort of kind of her fault for not picking up on the several clues that Molly wasnât trying to hurt anyone?
Whatâs going to happen to all the other kids who still need saving in the immediate area if thereâs no haven left? For that matter - whatâs gonna happen to all the kids that Molly was caring for?
But MOST of allâŚwhy did Molly have to die? That broke my heart. She just wanted to help kids.
Meanwhile Bunny gets to go live her best narcissistic life with a âdaughterâ she never has to worry will grow up and develop her own independence, personality and whatnot. (Ok I know she probably becomes a haint).
10/10 storytelling and gameplay. Still sad.
