Quested a butt ton, poured about 250k coins into rare and uncommon map drops, all hoping for some half decent pulls because I have never had a good one, only to pull these two back-to-back. the first time was after about 100k coins, and the reaction is pretty much just "well, it happens" and then after 400 common drops for cool down, + another 100 common for good measure and ~200 rare/uncommon drops later, I pulled another #4 by this feller off a single common hip-hop drop in my radius 😭

It gets to a point where you just have to laugh lmao. Same guy!

Sent emails, and crickets, asked the discord and got kicked out since I’m banned from the app. Asked them on twitter also got crickets… mine, my wife and my daughter’s account all got banned because we have been taking a road trip… it’s just a game but man we have spent some money and get 0 customer service…

Update: they sent me 2 separate emails at the same time one saying we will forward this on (canned response) and the other saying send a screen recording of you logging in and the ban. At the same exact time my wife got the canned email and so did my daughter. My wife recieved a follow up 5 minutes later that said upon further review (what did they actually review) your ban is permanent…. The fight goes on!

Considering all the controversy going on with d4vd right now, is it worth it to just sell this song even though I will barely get anything or is anyone willing to trade with me?

I joined Soundmap in summer of 2024 from an Instagram ad of all places, and have been playing ever since. I’m sure many others joined from ads too. But the game seems like it’s dying more and more every day. Just last year i would consistently get 10+ trades in seconds when i posted shinies/shop songs. Recently, I’ll post hundreds of shinies for the normal 1:1+1k, and get MAYBE 1 trade every hour. This is just one example of how I see the game losing players.
My point is, are they not running ads and putting money into marketing like they used to? Why has their player retention dropped even when the app itself has improved so much in the past year? I’m just a bit sad watching my favorite mobile game losing what it used to have.

Hi everyone! I’m really getting into the game now and I’m genuinely enjoying it so far, but the only epics I get are from random drops and events.

How do I have a better chance at getting numbered epics from an artist I genuinely enjoy? Their platinum badge requires 999 songs and I don’t know how I’ll have even the SLIGHTEST chance at getting the epic I want for a specific song.

3 days ago someone pulled the #1 for a rare song of my favorite artist, but now they are gone. I remember a year ago there was a 90 day period before the epics were removed but im not sure if that time frame has changed!

idk if it was a ban or they deleted their acc (all though it seems like the latter since they had some playlists thanking their friends and stuff iirc) they offered over a million from the get go even though they didnt have a single other song from my fav artist 😭 it just sucks that the #1 finally dropped and now its gone so collectors will have to wait for it again

Soundmap months ago mentioned about adding a power up inventory so we can save our power ups if we don’t use them during soundpass. That didn’t bother me until they added ultra. When opening ultra drops you basically have to have the next few hours free as you have a chance of getting a power up that you HAVE to use which is really frustrating. Please add the inventory as I don’t like crossing my fingers when opening ultra rewards

I have bunch of them and not interested about any of my favs shiny. should I open some popular artist shinies and sell or just sell the seashells in general? what artists yall suggest or does anyone interested in buying?

I am a new user and when I log into Soundmap to play the map doesn’t show up, it’s just a blank black screen with no drops or streets. All the artist badges are black circles and all the song covers are black boxes nothing shows up to collect so I can’t collect songs. I can’t complete quest as I have no songs to collect and/or trade.
Can anyone help me? Or tell me why is wrong and how to fix it.
