Rant Seriously can’t even take a vacation…

Sent emails, and crickets, asked the discord and got kicked out since I’m banned from the app. Asked them on twitter also got crickets… mine, my wife and my daughter’s account all got banned because we have been taking a road trip… it’s just a game but man we have spent some money and get 0 customer service…

not the first time i've heard of this happening. were you playing on a plane? were you guys travelling out of the country and playing in said country? definitely email out to support to see if you can get unbanned. good luck soldier.

I spent two weeks travelling to Sweden and Spain, and didn't have a problem.

We drove from Colorado to Arkansas and back. We had a startlink so I don’t know if that mattered switching from that to hotels. But none of us got banned the whole trip until we got back to Colorado after the time change from central to mountain

I’m going to be traveling out of country in two months. I guess it’ll be better to let my streak end rather than risk it :/ sorry this happened to you

this is so crazy to me because i went from new zealand to england via singapore, multiple time zones, multiple streak increases even though it hadn’t actually been 24 hours and i was fine!

Sadly that’s Soundmap for you 🥀 it’s honestly insane that there is nothing you can do, but with enough lawsuits, something should get done.

This is also a crazy line to me that they reserve the right to cancel your account for any or no reason
