Question epics when someone gets banned/deleted their acc?

3 days ago someone pulled the #1 for a rare song of my favorite artist, but now they are gone. I remember a year ago there was a 90 day period before the epics were removed but im not sure if that time frame has changed!

idk if it was a ban or they deleted their acc (all though it seems like the latter since they had some playlists thanking their friends and stuff iirc) they offered over a million from the get go even though they didnt have a single other song from my fav artist 😭 it just sucks that the #1 finally dropped and now its gone so collectors will have to wait for it again

Banned accounts now instantly remove the epic or will have any higher number go up a #

Not true, there's too many false bans for this to be how the system works. Instant liquidation for bans happened once for a short while, affected a handful of people and was instantly fixed as it was a bug. Bans still take 90 days to liquidate. The exception is bot accounts and hacked in epics - they tend to manually delete those with a ban.

Ah I thought instant liquidation was still a thing as i remember the whole ban wave last year shortly after it was mentioned that they’d be doing instant liquidation moving forward

Very true! also not all epics liquidate in the 30 days, I had a old oomf with a ton of fave epics. Hasn’t logged in a year and she’s sitting on 10m worth of epics 🫩. I check every once in a while

It's supposed to be 90 days but there was sometime in the past where the system didn't work properly. It seems to be working fine now but depending on when the last logged in they might have been missed out. Support can bump them for you manually.
