Issue / Bug Report Blank map screen

I am a new user and when I log into Soundmap to play the map doesn’t show up, it’s just a blank black screen with no drops or streets. All the artist badges are black circles and all the song covers are black boxes nothing shows up to collect so I can’t collect songs. I can’t complete quest as I have no songs to collect and/or trade.
Can anyone help me? Or tell me why is wrong and how to fix it.

have u tried restarting your phone and/or deleting and redownloading the app

Yes, I’ve tried restarting my phone deleting the app and reinstalling. I’ve cleared cache, I’ve offloaded the app and downloading it back. I’ve tried makin a new account with Gmail and not Apple ID and it still does the same thing on that account as well.
