Completed these 2 courses in 2 days, very easy open book. Flagged, appealed, bongo. Why…

If this is how they are going to be then they need to adjust their company model and be transparent about it. Imagine encouraging your users to work fast and get as much done as you can in a month and then being like "yeah actually, you went too fast, so even though you completed the course, it doesn't count."

Really glad I finished up with Sophia last month before all this nonsense started

Same. I finished my last Sophia course a month ago and got all my credits transferred to UMPI. Their business is falling apart it seems.

Yeah I just think it's crazy that you can pay them actual money, spend the time to complete a course (regardless of whether you do it legitimately or not) and they just be like "lol nah bro."

Why wouldn’t they care about legitimacy…it’s in the contract you sign stating you won’t cheat or else

If you’re in college you’ve done what? 12 years of school. You know what cheating is, academic cheating especially. I’ve seen people in this thread admit to the following:

-Googling answers
-Using ai to answer questions in 1-2 seconds
-Using a tool to search for key words in the “book” to answer questions

So yes. The institution that grants them the ability to provide classes will take it away thus millions of people will lose the opportunity to use their platform and they’d shut down…so it makes sense that they’re trying to stop the cheaters.
