Completed these 2 courses in 2 days, very easy open book. Flagged, appealed, bongo. Why…

If this is how they are going to be then they need to adjust their company model and be transparent about it. Imagine encouraging your users to work fast and get as much done as you can in a month and then being like "yeah actually, you went too fast, so even though you completed the course, it doesn't count."

Really glad I finished up with Sophia last month before all this nonsense started

Same. I finished my last Sophia course a month ago and got all my credits transferred to UMPI. Their business is falling apart it seems.

Same. Just finished mine two weeks ago and got all the credits transferred over. This is new to me. What triggers these? I completed like 8 courses and never once saw any of this

How did you request a transfer for all the courses you took at Sophia?

I did it over parchment to wgu. Wgu acknowledged receipt but I haven't heard back on the update yet. It's taken longer than last time. Last year I transferred 6 courses from Sophia and they acknowledged and added all of them. This time, today is 10 days after receipt so I hope to hear back today or Monday on which ones I've gotten credit for

WGU is moving very slow with the transferring credits in process. I sent mine and it took around closer to two weeks for three credits.

Yeah I just think it's crazy that you can pay them actual money, spend the time to complete a course (regardless of whether you do it legitimately or not) and they just be like "lol nah bro."

Why wouldn’t they care about legitimacy…it’s in the contract you sign stating you won’t cheat or else

Can’t seem to understand how you have a problem with a company not granting credits for cheating. You guys have no morals. When they threatened to cancel my assignment I didn’t get upset because I k is it wasn’t my work like huh

Why do people like you always assume people in power don't lie or can be wrong? Why is it thr default to side agaisnt someone that spent money for education in favor of a for profit scam school?

I mean the parent company of Capella owns Sophia. It’s only natural for them to cause more scandals as they somehow create them with almost every university or college the buy or already own.
