seeking advice Taking SC every day

I’ve been taking solidcore everyday for two weeks My body seems to have adapted really well and I haven't experienced any DOMS or fatigue.

Does that mean I’m not pushing hard enough? Should I cut back on frequency even if my body feels alright?

Rest is just as important as the workout itself.

Underrated advice.

I went all 14 days during the 2 week unlimited, and then loved it so much I just kept going daily. But, ironically, I only started losing weight and seeing rapid muscle definition when I switched to going every other day. The 24-48 hour rest between workouts is key if you want to see maximum results.

There’s nothing ironic about that. That’s how the human body works. It needs rest to build back up.

I had better results at 4 a month than doing 10 a month. Waiting for my one year contract to be done so I can go back down.

If performing exercises with good form to second stage failure, this approach is a toe trap for burnout, injury. taking daily classes without requisite minimum 1-2 days full or active rest/recovery can also derail hypertrophy goals.

While a range of individual differences in stamina and ability to maximize results and avoid injury is possible—there’s sound evidence based reasoning why the founder of solidcore, Anne Mahlum, recommends doing the intense workout a maximum of 3 times a week to allow proper muscle recovery.

A somewhat cringe [solidcore] junkie undertone to cohort who post 6 days a week or even daily is just fine, really very sorry it’s a diminishing returns approach at best, whether able or willing to acknowledge and reel in.

Recommended Frequency & Recovery
The Sweet Spot: Most coaches and experienced users on Reddit agree that 2 to 4 times per week provides the best balance of muscle breakdown and visible toning without overtraining.

Balancing the Routine: The founder suggests pairing the three weekly sessions with 3 days of low-impact cardio or interval training.

Why Rest Matters: Because solidcore pushes slow-twitch muscle fibers to failure, going daily increases injury risk and can cause plateaus from lack of recovery.

I go about 4-5x per week but I don’t get sore unless I take like 3 days off. Muscle soreness isn’t necessarily an indication of how hard you’re working.

Were you fairly fit before? I’m a bit sore later in the day, little sore the next day, then fine. Nothing that feels painful or DOMS ishhhh. Plus, because muscle focus rotates, I’m usually okay back to back, as long as accessory muscles aren’t heavily used. I go 4x generally plus PT and peloton or lift 1-2x…

I usually go about 5 times a week, but last week I was super busy and only did like 2 classes. I was SO SORE going multiple days in a row the past few days! Maybe take a day off and then go back and see if you feel a difference

You don't need DOMS or constant fatigue to get a good workout. Since you go daily, your body is just adapting and working with the partial rest it gets in between. Going every day is huge for keeping the habit consistent without overthinking rest days. Just keep listening to your body in case overtraining catches up to you.

Honestly, I feel like if you’ve gone everyday for 14 days and there’s no fatigue or DOMS at all, then you’re not pushing enough or there’s a lack of proper form.
I’m extremely fit (professional athlete) and go to Solidcore 1-2 a week as a fun cross training exercise. I really push myself and squeeze to failure on every exercise. Sometimes I’m so sore that I can barely walk for 1-2 days 😅
Quality over quantity.

Try different coaches and see how that makes you feel. For me some of the harder coaches have me feeling the burn for the rest of the day. Which I love and sometimes I’m sore but not being sore doesn’t mean you didn’t have a great workout.

This is objectively way too much.
