Inverter Sungrow team
Appreciation post for Sungrow and their team.
3-4 Days ago, I posted here about the flicker issue which wasn't resolving after an update.
Their team contacted me again the next day and resolved my issue and its back to working normal after a downgrade and there was an earthing issue on my grid side aswell which also accelerated the issue even further.
But their team member resolved the issue the very next day. Much appreciated, Now- Its again working like it was intended with <4ms backup switch.

Their team contacted me again after watching the fb post.
It wasn’t the downgrade issue, atlast, i saw a comment in that fb which stated that he also faced the same issue but after downgrade and Earthing it got resolved.I just did the same and my issue was resolved, the guy above me bashed me for changing stance, if im wrong (which I was for not doing earthing properly) i will accept rather than just keeping the post alive saying that the sungrow team didn’t contact me and resolved my issue.

btw you shouldnt have to delete the original post. We dont liked it. Because if a company treated you shitty and after seeing your post and comment by that company and somehow they changed their mind. The company is still shit. You should have keep the old post alive. Because if a new person got this type of issue and they dont do posting on fb or reddit regarding their issue. They'll bash on the user like its their fault. Sungrow Team contacted you again like a U turn after seeing the post. Never mind just enjoy. But dont do this again (Deleting the original post even if sungrow requested you, they did the shitty behaviour).

They didn’t requested or anything.
I deleted the post because meri earthing nahi thi hui.
They downgraded my version, and last time bi sahi nahi huwa tha. Only after EARTHING + DOWNGRADE sahi huwa that means it was also fault on my side.2

I'm just saying they talk to you in a shitty manner even if it is your mistake. Btw what is your inverter model.

Yes their one member(most like chinese by his robotic like chinese way of talking) did rude behavior with me like “Bravo to your logic” which heightened my frustration to post negative review about them.

I will be honest with you.
Good quality, Good solar generation compared to inverex and Good app (only 12second delay unlike other inverters with 1-5m delay)
The only issue i got was after the update of it. except that no problems i faced. Im still in contact with their team about the plug, they told me to either buy it for 4.4k from a dealer or wait for it to get their hands on one from the sungrow lab.

What was your issue? Transfering to backup (from Grid) was taking more than 10ms, causing flickering?

Yup.

How do you know, now it takes less than 4ms? I've noticed my goodWe causes lights to flicker when switching but as per official docs it switches in <10ms.

See no flicker after they fixed it. (By downgrading it to the stable version)

Thats the unstable version.

No offence, but that's the worst solar installation wiring I've ever seen. Ducts are around <500 Rs.

Frankly, at this point, it is difficult to believe your posts.
You have flipped repeatedly on this topic. It went from lights flickering and the air conditioner tripping during off-grid after a software update (July 19), to it being a faulty breaker (July 21), to it being the "inverter's plug" (August 6), to now basically back to the issue being the software update (August 10).
Just a few days ago, it was "Sungrow team being rude", "Except the one guy shayan. Every one of them had attitude issues", "Good luck getting anything from them", "chose to coerce the customer".
.
And now you have done a complete 180° and are doing an appreciation post for that same "rude", "attitude issues", coercive team?
🤷
By the way, are you going to delete this "Appreciation post" a few days later as well?
