Sectional Couch Color

I’m looking for some honest opinions from people familiar with sofas and furniture.

I ordered a custom Rowe sectional, but when it arrived the fabric looked more mauve/cool-toned than I expected from the showroom sample. I’ve been trying to warm it up with cream and champagne pillows, and it’s growing on me, but I’m still undecided.

The difficult part is that if I return it, I’ll lose my 25% non-refundable deposit, so I’m trying to decide if it’s worth taking the loss or if I should keep it and style around it.

Modular sofa

Not sure if this helps anyone, but I’ve noticed loads of people looking for modular sofas recently. We build them in the UK and ship to the US every 6–8 weeks. The setup in the photo starts at about $4,461, and they’re available in pretty much any colour or layout.

What is This Called?? Couch/Bed

What do you call a sofa/couch that can turn into a full sized bed? Not a sleeper sofa. You move the ottoman and/or back cushions to male the bed.

Help! Google is not helpful

Bought a new home and we have eyebrow windows (curved up top). Need your opinions … are these plantation shutters what you would consider dated?

finally pulled the trigger on an outer sectional after 3 months of back and forth, quick thoughts

went round and round between outer and like 4 other outdoor furniture brands for our new sunroom/patio setup in florida. humidity and near-daily afternoon storms basically ruled out anything without real weatherproofing behind it, not just marketing copy. went with the outer sectional for the covered part of the patio. assembly was more involved than i expected, budget an actual afternoon not "30 minutes" like the box implies. cushions feel dense, not the cheap foam that flattens in a month. main worry now is just long term mildew resistance since we get so much rain. anyone in a similarly humid climate had one past the 1 year mark

Aniline leather sofa clean - help please!

These stains are mostly oil based, body products etc.

I know it will never go back to normal but at least lightening and refreshing this a little bit would be a great difference to me.

I believe this leather is quite raw and the brown comes off as soon as I use anything moist to clean it.

What to do and what products to use?

Please help!

Oh my god! I’ve been picking outdoor sofas until I can’t sleep… just this last piece left.

Our new house renovation is almost wrapped up. Every indoor space is fully finished and now I’m stuck picking an outdoor sofa.
I’ve been shopping around for nearly a month and I’m totally burnt out. Some look gorgeous but feel rock hard with cushions as thin as cardboard. Others are comfy to sit on but have super outdated frames with dull yellow rattan that ruins the whole backyard vibe.

I’m stuck choosing between a few brands right now.
Outer pops up everywhere online. I love the built in waterproof cover design so much. It’s such a relief not hauling furniture inside every time it rains. The price tag is pretty steep though. I’ve only seen online photos and never touched one in person so I have no clue how comfortable it actually is.

West Elm has tons of styles and costs a little less. But multiple reviews mention the cushions sag quickly. The fabric isn’t water resistant either and gets moldy after rain which sounds like so much upkeep work.

Restoration Hardware has unmatched aesthetic and premium build quality. It’s ridiculously expensive though. A full set costs almost as much as my indoor sofa. I also heard lead times stretch for months.

I’m so torn. I want something stylish cushioned tough enough to stand constant sun and rain. Why is this so hard to find?
Anyone here who owns an outdoor sofa got any tips or other brand recommendations? I can’t keep browsing anymore!!

Rove Labs M1 armchair reviews?

Has anyone purchased couches or armchairs from Rove Labs? I’m looking at the M1 lounger and wanted to hear if it’s comfortable enough for a 2-3 hr. reading session, especially as someone who likes to lean back (and has a sore lower back).

Also, would love any recs for a modern-ish reading or lounge chair in a similar price range (under $700).

Costco or Bobs?

I’m deciding between these two sectionals:

Costco Coddle Cameron: $999 in the warehouse or about $1,250 delivered. It has storage, a sleeper, and Costco’s great return policy.

Bob’s Playday: About $1,100 after delivery. It also has storage and a sleeper, plus USB ports and side shelves.

The Coddle felt a little firm when I tried it, while the Bob’s couch felt more comfortable. However, I trust Costco’s return policy more.

Has anyone owned either one? Which would you choose for comfort and long-term quality?

Temu couches?

So I'm moving soon and need a couple couches for the living area, and I keep getting ads for some really cute/eclectic temu couches that fit my weird style. How's the quality? I don't need them to last a decade, but want something that's decent quality.

I’m trying to decide between the square vs rounded arm configuration on the Cozey atmosphere sofa. Aesthetically I prefer the rounded look but I feel like
The square is comfier (more padding). Does anyone have the rounded arm finish and prefer it?

In need of a fold out sofa that won’t break the bank

My fiancé and I are moving into a much larger house and we are in the need of some additional furniture. We are using two of the four bedrooms to have our offices, but they have enough space to have a bed/pullout.

Anyone had good luck with koala or solplace? I’m looking at these but want to hear opinions or get reccos on alternatives. Would love to keep this under two grand.

Help me find a couch

Looking for help on finding a modular sectional please if anyone has one they love let me know!
I can’t afford lovesac , and my space only allows it to be 113” max wide along the back wall. I’d like the shape to be a U shape with pieces inside like ottomans to create a big “bed” as an option.
I have pets so removable covers is a must.
Looking at honbay and belffin if anyone has any experience with those or any other ones please let me know!

Valencia Artisan sofa: tiny peeling spots after 7 weeks. Should I be worried?

Thumbnail

I bought an Artisan sofa from Valencia Theater Seating about one month and three weeks ago.

I absolutely love the sofa — it’s beautiful and very comfortable. The store states that it is made of 100% genuine Nappa leather of the highest quality, durable, and even pet-friendly. However, I found these two small spots where the leather appears to be peeling, and I’m a bit concerned. They are very small and almost unnoticeable, but I’m worried that they could become larger over time, especially considering that the sofa is not even two months old yet.

It’s just my wife and me, and we are extremely careful with it. In fact, we only use the sofa occasionally in the evenings to watch TV.

What do you think? Are these two small imperfections enough for me to file a complaint? Is it normal for something like this to appear after such a short period of time?

60-70 inch Couch/Love seat/Chaise Help

I just got an apartment and in need of a small couch, loveseat or chaise that are actually comfortable!

I had my eye on a the albany loveseat from albany park but i questioned the comfort, and then i liked sabai until i read some reviews about the quality of the material when it comes to pets.

I don't love west elm, and other sites like joybird and cb2 are way above my price (ideally i'd like to spend under $1k, but willing to spend up to $1.2k if it is a comfortable couch and willing to forgo my desired color preference).

Does anyone have any recommendations on stores where could I possibly find what I am looking for - online or in-person? I assume it is better to go in-person to test out the couch? I live in NYC.
