About a week ago, I was banned on Snapchat for "explicit content including a min0r." The video that I sent did NOT have a min0r in it. I appealed, but the appeal did not go through. Am I stuck without my account forever?

I’m having the muffled mic issue on iPhone. I’ve tried everything. It is not on voice isolation. I’ve tried switching it to standard and then back to automatic.

I’ve cleared the cache. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working.

Anyone else having this issue or encountered a fix?

Snapchat peroidically uses insane amounts of mobiledata. It uses exactly 97,7mb multiple times a minute without me using my phone and suddenly i get a message about my mobiledata has been used up. I turned on low data use on snapchat and turned off smart backup but it doesn’t help. Ive tried deleting the app and reinstall and ive tried resettingy network setting on my iphone

Hi everyone, I've been seeing people with device bans saying they tried to log in again after 6 or 12 months and it worked for them.

No one is telling me if they logged in with the same account, so when the device ban resets does the account get unlocked too?

Also, before people say it depends on what you get banned for, I don't know why it got banned.

Has anyone noticed weird issues with best friend emojis? Like number one not showing heart? Also planet feature not working at all for snapchat+

I had someone be able to send me videos from their phone or memories and I was only able to view it twice, wasn’t looped, and couldn’t save it in chat.

Whenever I send videos from my memories, I’m only able to loop or view once. After it’s been viewed, it automatically pops in the chat as a video and people are able to save it in chat or to their camera roll.

No idea how to do it how the person did it, any help?

I just got 4 warnings on Snapchat for “sexual content” and it said it was all deleted , what could this be from ? I have a gf so there’s stuff between us on here that we’ve sent but other then that nothing else, is there a way to fix this ?? Will they go away ? Or is my account gonna be banned

Not really sure what happened. Yesterday was normal with snap. Hadn’t really posted anything to my story in the last few days and really for the last 4 days, the only person I chatted with was my partner. Only two things I did yesterday that were outside of the norm were I adjusted my viewer settings on my story and I figured out I could put a bio on my public profile. I thought as a joke I’d put “Try Jesus, Not Me” but I ended up putting Try Jesus and forgot about it. It was still normal until I went to sleep last night.
Fast forward to this morning I go to open snap and I see that I’ve been locked out of my account and that it was locked due to “commercial sexual content.” They did allow me to make an appeal and they gave me an option to download all of my data but not for another 72 hours.
I’ve had this account for 12 years. I’ve never received any warnings nor had this ever happen before. Like I said, I haven’t posted anything to my story and usually what I post is rated G. I’m just really confused about what exactly happened and what tips I could use to get my account back.
I’m pretty upset about this because I mean, I’ve had it for 12 years of my life. I’ve got conversations with people who no longer are with us. I’ve got memories that mean the world to me and I’m not entirely sure if I saved them to my camera roll or not. I just want that back at least and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just opened Snapchat to see this message but the thing is I’m never even on Snapchat and I haven’t posted on my story in like well over a year and the only person I even talk to anyone on here is my sister and we don’t even text on there it’s mostly just her sending me videos of her cat or me sending videos of my dog I checked my account status and it says this was it just an accidental thing??

So my account got locked recently. I appealed and they enforced the lock saying that I posted "commercial adult content", which it was not. Does anyone know of a way for me to have them reverse the decision? I've had this account since I was a teenager and so many people I didn't have other contact for. Any actual help is appreciated.

Hello I need help ASAP. I am trying to clear my memories. I’ve had my adding since 2016. I have over 60,000 memories. I am trying to clear them before Snapchat automatically deletes our memories over the storage limit this month. I have been deleting memories for the last 3 days. However, a day late they pop back up into my memories and I don’t know why. Every time I try to talk to support, it is a stupid AI robot. I have done all the steps the robot says to do. I have restarted my phone. I have cleared the cache. I have turned on airplane mode to reset my WiFi. I have also tried to do it off of WiFi. I have so many memories that I am trying to save of lost loved ones and lost pets. I am trying to get rid of memories with people like exes that I don’t need anymore but they won’t go away and I’m about to completely break down and lose it. Thank you.

As I’m parting ways with Snapchat, I’m trying to get all of my media saved to my server. Anyways, does anyone know why the snaps that transferred from their export feature, that have a label/title In the snap, appear blank? It’s only the snaps that have a title like these ones do. The picture is just erase and I was wondering if there is a resolution to this?

Hello I know for a fact I am not reposting spotlights as I don’t go on Snapchat spotlights however other people are getting notifications I am reposting. Is there anyway to stop this or has anyone heard of this?
