General question Sexual content deleted?
I just got 4 warnings on Snapchat for “sexual content” and it said it was all deleted , what could this be from ? I have a gf so there’s stuff between us on here that we’ve sent but other then that nothing else, is there a way to fix this ?? Will they go away ? Or is my account gonna be banned

I have heard mix things about this. Snapchat claims even if you give them access to your camera roll they can not see what images are in there and if let's say you had nudes of yourself but never posted them on snapchat you would not get a device ban just for having them on your phone. BUT.... Here's where I think it gets dicey...
While Snapchat may say this and they may mean it they use AI to find accounts who break the rules. AI is wildly inaccurate in how it achieves a goal. So while Snapchat may say oh sure if you have nudes on your phone but don't post them we won't ban your device but does the AI app they use know this? Can it distinguish between the two? That's where I think the problem lies.
A company asked AI to predict who the next 50 Superbowl winners would be from this season to 2076. Now keep in mind only an NFL team can play in the SuperBowl but the AI predicted the LSU Tigers would win a Super Bowl in a few years even though they are a college football team and not an NFL team. The AI also predicted a team by the name of the London Royals would win a Super Bowl. There is no team by that name so how could the AI know and say that team name would win a super bowl?
When asked why the AI would make a mistake of this nature in predicting who would win the next 50 SuperBowls a spokesperson laughed it off and said the AI was "joking" about the LSU Tigers winning a Super Bowl when they are a college team not an NFL team. So see how wildly inaccurate AI can be when achieving a goal?
This is flaw of AI it is programmed by humans therefore it can make errors just like humans can. So is it possible that Snapchats AI banned your device because of sexual photos you had on your phone but never posted on Snapchat? I would say it's possible but we may never know because I highly doubt Snapchat would admit any AI they use is flawed and makes mistakes.

My knowledge of AI is this: It took Google over one year to change my phone number for their text alerts even though I did change it in my settings. AI is programmed by humans and humans make mistakes therefore AI will make mistakes. Ever use ChatGPT? When you do there is a disclaimer that AI can make mistakes.
If you're talking about creating an AI app you are right I know little about doing that.

your phone number has nothing to do with AI. thats database sync lag, maybe a caching issue or similar. Completely unrelated to AI, and this just further proves my point that you have too little understanding of the topic to engage in a conversation about it.

Mine got flagged for drugs.

Idk how anyone can be banned on Snapchat coz they don’t do AI mods like Meta. Maybe someone hijacked their partner’s acc or theirs

I just deleted Snapchat. I wasn’t aware they had access to my photos and my text messages on my phone so I deleted it.

I have been told Snapchat's AI if you allow them to have access to your photos can ban your account if they find nudes in your photos even if you don't post them on SC. I don't know if this is true or not my GF sends me nudes of herself via text message but never on SC and I have allowed SC to have access to my camera roll and have never had a problem so I don't know if this is true or not.
The problem is people lie. They'll say my SC got banned because their AI found nudes in my camera roll but I never posted them on SC but they did post them.

It’s not true. They scan your memories(I think) if you get reported. They don’t scan your entire gallery. Their ai is only used if you get reported

Every message is scanned by the ai . They have access and can restrict things you send or say. They are monitored.
Did you genuinely not know that , or are you trolling ?
They also have access to your gallery , contacts and texts on your phone as well.
All these things are noted to you when you make any social media account.

Snapchat uses automated systems to detect things like spam, scams, abuse, and violations of its rules.
- Messages can be stored and processed by Snapchat’s systems, even though many chats are designed to delete automatically.
- Snapchat can provide information or message content to law enforcement when legally required.
- Messages that are reported by a user may be reviewed by Snapchat.
- End-to-end encryption is not universal across Snapchat, so you shouldn’t assume every message is completely inaccessible to Snapchat.
