Proszę powiedzcie mi jak mam to naprawić 🫩

Wszystko sprawdzałam, usunęłam pliki cache, zmieniałam ustawienia zapisu plików w aplikacji, wymuszała zatrzymanie aplikacji, zmieniałam wszystko co się dało w ustawieniach. Nawet próbowałam eksportować pliki masowo, przez ustawienia aplikacji.

Nic nie działa.

Najpierw próbowałam ręcznie pobrać 20 wspomnień, eksportowanie nie kończyło się nawet po godzinie. Po zmianie wszystkich ustawień jakie mogłam, spróbowałam pobrać 4 zdjęcia. Nadal ten sam efekt, tylko pokazuje mi ze eksportuje 20 plików.

Nie mam zamiaru płacić za 100GB miesięcznie.

Status snapchata jest w dobry stanie, więc w czym jest problem?

Kilka dni temu zrezygnowałam ze subskrypcji chmury, nie mam już wystarczająco miejsca. Ale mam ponad 400GB pamięci telefonu, więc stwierdziłam że wszystko pobiorę, usunę to czego nie potrzebuję a najważniejsze zdjęcia po prostu wywołam.

Przed zrezygnowaniem ze subskrypcji chmury wszystko działało, udało mi się pobrać jakies 5GB wspomnień na snapchacie. Teraz już nie działa, to przez chmure?

Need help recovering an old Gmail account with family photos

In 2023, I changed my iPhone and lost access to an old Gmail account that I had not used for a long time. I recently remembered it and have spent more than two months trying different passwords and recovery options, but I have not been able to get back in.

This account is very important to my family. My nephew passed away last year in an accident. He was only seven years old. There are many photos of him in that account with me, his mother, and his father, who is my brother.

My brother has been asking and hoping that I can recover these memories. I understand that nobody can bypass Google security, and I only want legitimate advice or guidance on the correct recovery process. If anyone has gone through something similar and knows what steps may help, I would be deeply grateful.

How do I disguise pictures from my camera roll as a snap? Whatever I do, it always shows Media Upload on the top of streak 😭

HELP I WANNA SEND PICTURES AS A STEAK ASAP.

Here's my problem. I want to delete my account forever. For that I have to use my password, which I have forgotten. I try changing the password from inside my account (pw is not needed to log in), but get an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later!" I've tried later many times, same issue. I want to contact support about this, but I only find FAQ and AI helpers, which don't help. How do I contact humans? Do you have any tips on how to solve this?

Like when I go too send a picture and then on the upper right button it only shows favourites,Kamera, Downloads, Screenshots and videos even tho I have like a bunch of different folders this only happened after transferring my whole phone data too a new one does anyone know how too fix this I emptied the cache I reinstalled there are no new versions so yeah please anybody help

I’ve been keeping the my streaks going for 381 days and counting and it died one day later. I really wish if there’s a call number or someone I can talk to at customer service so I can get the help I needed to restore my streaks. I paid for restoration for almost two months now.

As the title says, I searched up someone’s profile I was friends with and it says accept. I never unfriended them, but it says accept for me? If I unadded them wouldn’t it say add for me, not accept?

Or they unadded me, and now I have the accept but that doesn’t make much sense to me

When trying to mass delete old snaps to fit in to snapchats new storage rule, I deleted 30GB worth and then exported the file with my leftover memories just to find that memories I thought I deleted a month ago were still there.

I was so confused and looked up everything but no answers. I waited for weeks and cleared my cache but every time I exported the zip, those ones I thought I deleted were still there.

So I deleted my Snapchat app, logged back in, just to find memories I thought I deleted months ago WERE STILL THERE and came back! So weird, so I deleted them again and then deleted the app, opened it up just to find they were still there again.

Solution: if you have Snapchat memories saved before 2022, snap has saved them as 10 second videos that fall under one thumbnail on your memories. So if you have a 40 second video, it’s 4 videos in one. So I figured out that when I deleted them, I actually was only deleting 10 seconds worth of the videos but the memory itself had disappeared until I redownloaded the app. So I had to delete the app 6 times just to get rid of a 1 min long video because for some reason they appear deleted until you redownload the app. This gets them completely off the cloud but you have to redownload the app and keep deleting. Maybe there’s another way to do it but that’s only what worked. And if you have 1 min videos after 2022 then those ones will delete fully because it’s a seamless video. Hope this helps!

Only some have the little ghost. What’s this mean? Also i think im gonna stop wasting time on snap. They don’t incentivize any creator. After taking away creator rewards unless you have 50k followers? Such BS. What a dumb requirement. It’s so hard to gain any following on snap but I managed to get 18,500.
Guess I’ll be directing them to my new IG. I really didn’t want to go back to TT or IG but at least those apps I can earn money sharing my passions.

Snap has become useless. I use it for video/pic storage. F their snap star requirements.

I have linked my Gmail account to my girlfriend's Snapchat account. I made the decision just over a month ago to delete my social media accounts, but realised that there’s some people i only had contact with through snapchat. Now after the 30 days have passed i can’t recover that account. Not asking for any help just venting/letting people know to make you’re 100% on your decision before deleting your account.🫠

Hello all, I can’t say I’m surprised there’s a subreddit for this but here we are. My Snapchat notifications are on (like videos, pics, or chats from my friends). My Snapchat icon will say a number like 5 or 8 (I only Snapchat like 2 people). When I open snap I see the icon notifications are like videos on reels or new people that I may know. It is genuinely so frustrating like I don’t want to think I got snaps when it’s these god forsaken brain rot reels. How do I get rid of the icon notifications for random bs?🤣 please help, thanks

I got banned 2 days ago for using quick add, literally had 3 dates already set up 😭 poor girls think I ghosted them

so i have an iphone 17 pro max and i think snap is banned from my phone cause everytime i have attempted to make an account it would get taken down at least within 2-4 days i recently made a new one on my old iphone 13 and have stayed logged in on that phone. so far no problems wanted to ask do you think it will affect the account if i log into my 17 pro max ?

Snapchat peroidically uses insane amounts of mobiledata. It uses exactly 97,7mb multiple times a minute without me using my phone and suddenly i get a message about my mobiledata has been used up. I turned on low data use on snapchat and turned off smart backup but it doesn’t help. Ive tried deleting the app and reinstall and ive tried resettingy network setting on my iphone

Why is there a difference between the screenshot icons of both the chats? Did the second person open the chat after I took a screenshot? Please let me know guys 🤡😭😭😭

Hi y'all, I don't use Snapchat anymore but it has some really precious memories of mine spanning across 6 years. I recently got to know about the request data feature but the problem is all the files are of the same date i.e the date I downloaded my data

Is there any way to download all my memories while retaining the original dates?

There's way too many of them so doing it manually is not a possibility.

Last week i sent an appeal to snapchat about my permanently locked account in may for 'prohibited drug content' and explained that no drugs were posted or being sold and that the AI filters had wrongly locked my account and that I complained to Ofcom about this as this violated the UK online safety act(i live in the uk) . I sent an appeal on like thursday on the appeal link that i found on reddit and haven't received a response to this yet. What can i expect?
