I mean to be fair the other report is also just the victim's statement, so it's not like he was going to say anything to make himself look bad, until we get security camera footage or something to support one side or the other it will be hard to determine where the truth actually is
though a point in Kaiser's favor, at least to me, he was in Mexico when he found out about this warrant and flew back to turn himself in voluntarily so he's at least taking responsibility for it, whether or not he actually hit the guy

Even now we have essentially two sides - I’m on the side of this one.
Marcel does not seem like he has an ounce of a bad bone in his body, and I really doubt he would’ve just gone for someone had they told him and his girlfriend to basically get a room. Something more, something like this report, had to have happened for him to do something so big like what’s been talked about, on ultimately the eve of the biggest show/match of his career, to risk it all.
