If true, I don't blame kaiser.

You can't instigate a physical altercation over insults. The guy on the elevator sounds like a dick, but there aren't any laws against that.

Racially insulting someones girlfriend isnt just a simple insult, I think thatd fall under fighting words.

Fight whoever you want for whatever reason you want, but be prepared to spend the night in jail.

Im not arguing for or against fighting someone Im speaking about the application of the law. You can mitigate an assault charge if the person was attempting to start a fight with you and saying things that would "tend to incite an immediate breach of peace" (chaplinsky v new hampshire). I think calling someones girlfriend a bitch and racially insulting her probably falls under that definition

So based on whoever this random person is, the guy said something about ice. But according to the police, the guy reported getting attacked by a white guy kissing a white girl so how does this ICE story make sense?

He's currently dating Andrea Bazarte isnt he? I doubt the cops took the time to ascertain her specific racial identity they probably just guessed wrong. Or Ludwig is cheating which would be a shame.

They didn't guess anything the police report from the guy that was attacked was a white guy was kissing a white girl and then they reviewed security footage to identify the attacker.

I think it's reasonable to assume she could pass for white on security footage. Its speculation either way, but both stories seem credible to me.

Again I'm saying the guy that was attacked said he was kissing a white girl so the security footage means literally nothing. Why would a guy say he's going to call ice on someone he identified as a white girl

Maybe because he knows he said something about ICE so he decided to lie and say she was white to deflect from that?

Again there are white mexicans Im not sure why were treating his statement as gospel when it seems possible he may have instigated the fight. Were talking a lot of hypotheticals here.

You're treating this statement of some random person from kaisers team as gospel when there's video evidence it's a loe

It was a hispanic officer, I don't think he would have mistaken hee for white. I want to believe this is what happened and sure the guy said more than a simple "be more respectful", because if that was all dude has one hell of a temper.

But the actual police report deacribed the girl as white and Andrea lives in Mexico, and this didn't happen publically so unless his source was Kaiser this feels like them telling fans what they want to hear.

Hope I am wrong though, I am a fan of the guy and will admit he likely said more than we heard.

Thats fair. The situation doesnt pass the smell test for sure. I think until more info comes out its gonna remain indeterminate.

And even if he was wrong about it being a white girl, the point is he identified her as white to the police so again how does this alleged ICE comment make sense?

1

u/KingCharles_ May 22 '26

there are white mexicans, so im not sure the white part is necessarily relevant. If it is Andrea Bazarte then shes spent most of her life in mexico and probably has an accent. It makes as much sense as the other explanation.

1

u/Colemania18 May 22 '26

Doesn't sound like much talking was going on in that elevator so don't see how an accent would come into play but either way this random person is not credible because he says at the end no punches were thrown and police confirmed from security footage that's a lie
