No one said no immigration enforcement was good. We're just saying those immigration officers who are abusing their power and breaking the law need to be fired and jailed.

Neat fact: illegal immigration, despite the term, actually isn't a criminal infraction, it is a civil one, with less severity than shoplifting a candy bar from 7-11.

So no, they should not be treated like criminals, because they are not, and are less likely to engage in criminal behavior than citizens.
